The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the whole floor was quiet. We didn't hear any other guests during our 3-day stay. The on-site restaurants and room service are convenient. There is a small playground in the courtyard which was great for us. The location is on a busy commercial street, easy to get to the Zoo and other Granby attractions. Tons of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Carmen is a very friendly host. We particularly enjoyed her collection of tea pots. The room was small, but clean and comfy. The breakfast was excellent too.

Very cozy and welcoming! They were also very responsive to any questions we had before arriving and while we were staying. Also lots of personal touches throughout the room and the common areas that made you feel right at home. Having the hot tub in the back was a bonus for after skiing! Will definitely stay here again.

The host, Michel, was inviting and went beyond to offer snacks, beverages, and provide access to GF- DF-foods for our restricted diets. The space was modern, sleek, tidy and warmed with a wood oven. There was an awesome bidet!

Our second time there however the last time we stayed at the upstairs larger unit. Everything was just as described. Bed super compfy. Kitchen had some cooking /warming up food appliances which was nice. Hot tub looked nice but we did not use it. Electric fireplace a nice touch and we used it .

Beautiful Suite. Loved the mood lighting, centre-stage fireplace, easy instructions for making one's stay restful with the ability to make use of all the grounds facilities. The host was readily available to communicate with despite being granted full privacy.
