Easy to find, renovations were happening but didn’t take away my enjoyment. It’s a small town so everything was conveniently close.

We had a renovated room
Large room spacious with 2 beds and a couch and chair
Plus bathroom a closet area and a small additional room with fridge microwave and a small table and chairs was at the back of the room
The Kitchenette wasn’t finished in our room but wasn’t needed for our one night stay
Don’t judge a book by its cover
The outside looks older and signs that are advertising need up dating but the room was so clean and beds were comfortable.
We will stay here again
Save Inn is located in Kincardine, 1.5 miles from MacPherson Beach. Featuring a garden, the 1-star motel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom.
The Erie Bell is a great family restuarant. The food is really good and the service is friendly and quick.
The shops are usually closed the time I go but check out Mill Creek Chocolate Store and Fischer across from it which has books toys and souveriners

Beautiful and lively historical town (mind you it was summer) with lots of restaurants to choose from. During the summer they seem to have something special free going on downtown every weekend we were treated to a very impressive car show and open air concert. Beautiful waterfront with beach and parking as well as walking trails. Close to the Bruce Nuclear power plant where you can get a free tour. Lots of other little towns around to explore. Easy day trip up to Tobermory and back through Wiarton with lots of stops along the way.

Beautiful town.
Beautiful town. Wonderful people who treat you like their neighbours. Great restaurants. Don't let the main street being torn up deter you it adds to the ambience and the merchant's desperately need tourist support during the ongoing improvements. Fantastic festivals!!!!!

Amazing beach - clean and clear.
Amazing beach - clean and clear. Lovely white sand, shallow blue cool waters. Small play area by the beach, and a small walk way into the waters which is a also a strategic location to view the amazing sunset.
Dont miss the bagpiper music played from the lighthouse at sunset! Its a small town and all dine ins close by 9pm.

We travel to Kincardine every summer for the Highland games in July. Great little vacation town with nice selection of shopping and food. Local residents can be a bit crusty on this weekend and can often be heard complaining about the tourists while lined up in local restaurants and shops

We had lots of choices of places to eat and chose Boston Pizza and the Erie Bell and enjoyed both. There are many parks and they have lots of innovative climbers etc. for children. We didn't have time to explore the walking trails but there are plenty of them. Loved the easy-going pace of this lovely harbour town

Our room contained much more than a regular hotel and extras that reflected thought and intuition on the needs of their guests. The afternoon front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The new woman in training was able to direct us to a great restaurant. The general manager was extremely helpful as well.
The hotel was good, with a warm pool that the kids enjoyed a lot. The location was perfect, with go-cart, Station beach, grocery store, Tim Hortons and several restaurants nearby. This is an excellent choice for families with kids, you won’t regret booking it.
Rupi - the owner of Maple Leaf Inn was very friendly and had great information for us regarding the town of Kincardine. We ran into some trouble getting on the internet and one of her staff came and helped us immediately. The room was clean and comfortable.
