We loved this hotel! We ended up staying an extra night. Super nice staff, remodeled rooms around a cute pool courtyard. Amazing facilities and wellness center. Hot tub and sauna were excellent as well as relaxation room and yoga room with new equipment. A 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants so location worked well for us. Grocery store very close.

Here for hockey showcase. Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped guide us when the lot was over full because of the concert this weekend. Always a smiling face and offering help if we looked lost. Never heard the other guests, quiet and restful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We liked pretty much - everything! We thought we had booked an older motel in the shopping district, but this place was great! Right across the street from a major mall, walking distance to restaurants, pizza houses, etc. The toilet (usually my pet peeve) was even higher off the floor than most motels. Great for older folks.

Penticton is right in the middle of wine country.

Penticton is right in the middle of wine country. We were there at the end of December, so water sports were out, & many wineries were not open, but the lovely light tunnel was magical. We enjoy the White Spot restaurant every time we come. LocoLanding is great fun in the summer.

The north end of Penticton, has wonderful walking paths...

The north end of Penticton, has wonderful walking paths along the lake and beautiful views up the lake. The paths have lots of benches along them for enjoying various views. The main downtown is easily walkable and there are some interesting shops on Main Street and Front Street. Petrasek Bakery has marvellous pastries and coffee. The used bookstore in the 200 block is one of the best ever!

Really love Penticton!

Really love Penticton! Lakes on both sides plus a lazy river you can rent floats on and enjoy floating down the river for a few hours. Great mix of food options plus all the regular summer lake activities.

It's a fun city year-round and beautiful down by the beach, especially up by Okanagan Lake where there is an excellent walkway. Lots of fun shops, love the small museum at the library, and an interesting art gallery. Plenty of great places to eat if you are gluten free/dairy free. Even vegan! Many hiking trails for all levels.

I love the many interesting shops in Penticton.

I love the many interesting shops in Penticton. I also like the beach, more for the view than for swimming. There are lovely gardens, a great art gallery, fantastic food for dairy-free/gluten-free including Gratify (on Main Street) and Dosa Vilas (Power Street/Westminster). I highly recommend them both. Fantastic market on Saturday.

Penticton is a charming city in southern British Columbia...

Penticton is a charming city in southern British Columbia that comes alive in the spring with blossoming orchards everywhere. The area is dotted with numerous farms and gardens, making it incredibly picturesque. The city is surrounded by stunning lakes and the breathtaking nature of British Columbia. The towns in the area have a resort-like feel, with excellent infrastructure and a very welcoming atmosphere. It’s a beautiful place to visit and experience.

I like the friendliness and the support provided by the staff. In particularly Shivani who was very proactive to go an extra mile to reassure that I would be informed when my credit card arrives on mail, when I was checking out of the hotel. Sure she did. Promise kept. Yogita was delightful and always professional and makes her guest feel on top of the world. Every single staff I had met was nice and friendly, from the reception to the kitchen. It was overall a great experience because of the people.

The location is unbeatable! It is right on the lake across from the PEACH, and very close to restaurants pubs etc.! We were in Penticton for a couple of nights and just parked at the motel, walked everywhere. The room is okay, nothing fancy but very clean. So happy we got to stay there and will definitely stay again next time we visit Penticton!

We loved staying at The Hotel Penticton! Free parking at the front door, check-in was a breeze, and our room was large, fresh and spotless. We had upgraded our reservation to a spa hot tub and rain shower bathroom and it was truly worth every penny!

The grounds were nice but The room was fine but seemed a little dated.The carpets could be replaced to make the hotel ambience better. The water has to be run for a very long time before it became cold.
