Super kid and family friendly hotel. Everyone was incredibly warm. Seems like their normal clientele is mainly comprised of French Canadians, so almost all conversations initially begin in French, but everyone seamlessly switches to English without any issue once it’s clear you don’t speak French. The pool area, splash pad and playground were fun for all ages because there’s also an adjacent hot tub. The restaurant went out of their way to make the kids feel special. They even had their own soft serve machine and let the kids make their own ice cream sundae after their meal. Given the cold and rainy weather while we were in town, we weren’t cooped up in our hotel room because of all of the kid friendly amenities. There was even a kids play room where our 9yo got her nails painted and the kids could play with sand, blocks, air hockey, etc. Free parking. Festive holiday decorations. We couldn’t take advantage of all of the activities Thursday-Sunday because we had things to do in town, but a family could come to the hotel for a weekend and not have to leave for basically anything. Highly recommend.

Very cute, family friendly hotel with a nice restaurant and a busy nice program during the holidays. The pool, the jacuzzi and the tropical garden were outstanding.

Beautiful building and comfortable rooms located in a very nice and convenient location

First if all, the staff. They were very nice and very accommodating with our requests (additional water bottles, extra soaps, delay on room cleaning). We had an issue with one of our rooms and they were very quick to make the changes needed. We checked in post Christmas but you can still very well feel the Christmas spirit when they extended their assistance. Next is the facilities. There is a heated pool, gym and an in-house restaurant which are great for a comfortable stay. In the 3rd level there are lots of space where you can just sit, read a good book or get some drinks with friends. Moving on to the rooms, thay are spacious with a good fitting bath tub, but the highlight of the room would be the comfortable bed and pillows. You'd get to bed after a tiring day exploring Old Quebec and be up the next morning refreshed and ready to go explore some more. And last is the location. It's a beautiful place very close to the walls of Old Quebec so the places people would often visit is quite close, around 13 to 15 minutes of walking is all you need, most of the time. It is also close to a good number of establishments, particularly a handful of restaurants should you chose to dine out.

The rooms were connected, the water was hot, the rooms were cleaned, the rooms were spacious, and there was in-site parking. There was shampoo, conditioner, and hand cream.

Great location! Near everything you need to see, parking is close by and only $25 for the night.

The staff was very polite & helpful every step of the way. The location was perfect for the shops, restaurants & the Christmas market. It was the best vacation weekend we've had in a very long time.

Excellent location, the castle view was amazing

Accessibility, affordability and everything. Love that breakfast is all day, and the location was superb. I also like that the space of the hotel was maximized, bed can be moved so that you’ll have a mini living room at times you don’t feel sleeping yet. Also amazed that there was an actual own wash room inside.

The location was excellent, very close to attractions and right in the old city. The restaurant attached to the lobby is excellent!
