They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and that everything we needed was readily available. Their warm hospitality truly made our mornings more enjoyable.

We really liked the location and accommodations of the hotel...
We really liked the location and accommodations of the hotel. We really wished we could have visited the casino. It was closed due to a security incident, which was the main reason for us visiting. This casino dining room was also closed due forcing us (and many others) to eat at the only open restaurant, the Garden Terrace Lounge. The bartender and cooks worked very hard to make all of the patrons happy and did a great job.

The Keg was awesome..a glazed salmon with mash potatoes in a honey mustard sauce and my wife had the risotto with a lobster tail, she has now found her favorite...coupled with a Ruffino Pino Grigio excellent. Traffic moves well for a city, we have talked about a possible move there.

Red Deer is a beautiful place to visit with lots of treed...
Red Deer is a beautiful place to visit with lots of treed parks, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, rec-centres, historic downtown and plenty of shopping. It is close to Sylvan Lake and Lacombe for added adventure and exploring.

Didn't see much else of Red Deer, so hard to evaluate except the terrible hotel we stayed at and that was SUPER AWFUL

Red Deer is a great small city.
Red Deer is a great small city. My family and I enjoyed the nature while we visited. We also liked the traffic is not as bad as the bigger cities. I really appreciated that. There are enough things to do in this city to keep a tourist busy. It's a great little getaway!

I was on a visit to see my brother who lives at the Michener...
I was on a visit to see my brother who lives at the Michener Centre. It might be because of this place for people with developmental disabilities that people with disabilities have more accommodations. For example, it's rare to find a place that isn't accessible for people in a wheelchair. I think the Collicutt Centre with it's hot pool for people in a wheelchair and another hotpool withing the Collicutt Centrefor more able bodied people is a real bonus. They have wheelchairs on site that can be taken into the pool and the Collicutt Centre is open at reasonable hours for people in a wheelchair. Also, an assistant for someone in a wheelchair gets in free there.

Great size rooms. Great little kitchen spaces. I got to try 2 separate rooms during our stay. One with a pet and one without.
The no pets room we had was amazing!! Big bright and looked like we were the first to use the unit! Stickers on the dishes still!! Loved that!
The pet room cost us more and was a far lesser quality space. It was still great compared to other hotels we have tried in town at this price range.
Its quiet and the people are lovely. I would definitely recommend this place. I would likely visit again. ☺️

We have stayed with your hotel a few times and have never complained. However this time I was denied my service animal to accompany me. Never had an issue before
.I suffer extreme seizures and require my service animal.
