Staff was attentive, helpful, pleasant, and eager to serve. The convenience of having the terminal downstairs in the same building was wonderful. The restaurant and the lounge were both enjoyable. We had 13 in our party, and I would love to stay there again.

Not easy to get around nothing within walking distance - one restaurant not good enough if you are staying for more than one night - the only hotel close to airport but not up to scratch as a Raddison Blu Hotel

The hotel was only convenient because it was about 10 mins...
The hotel was only convenient because it was about 10 mins ride from the airport. There was nothing else close enough to walk to so you have to get taxis to either of the shopping malls or probably to any of the other places of interest in Richmond. Train station was about 500 metres away and tickets to the Waterfront were quite cheap.

If you just need an overnight stay before flight, this place...
If you just need an overnight stay before flight, this place is good enough, comfortable bed and good pressure of water for shower, better than other international hotel chain we stayed. The property is just about over 20 minutes to Steveston village by car, head on there for seafood meals, particularly, Steveston Seafood House.

We enjoyed the local park and pleasantly surprised to discover the the Richmond Center and the Sky Train were so convenient. There are various local restaurants and a large food court in the Richmond Centre.

Richmond is so much bigger than I expected.
Richmond is so much bigger than I expected. Seems nicer than Surrey or other parts of Vancouver. We found some amazing places to eat, but could have stayed much longer and explored more. Steveston is a hidden treasure worth visiting.

Great shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. When you arrive at the airport's shuttle bus stop the buses from all the different hotels show up with there names on the outside. Accent Inns arrives 1/4 past and 1/4 to the hour. After our stay we were returning to the South Terminal and the hotel arranged and paid the for taxi. Great service. Remember to pick up your T bags/Sugar/milk at reception to make in your room. Comfortable large beds, Uber taxis into town reasonable and quick. Great 2 days in Vancouver.

My first visit to Canada I just needed some where to crash for one night.
The hotel is a little outdated, however 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and the breakfast is very adequate with plenty of choice for a continental with hot scrambled eggs.
We used the hotel’s shuttle service which very convenient .
Stayed one night to get ferry to the island next day.
Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.
Staff are helpful, cheerful & friendly .

Shuttle worked well. Hotel were expecting us. Room was ready, plenty of space, massive bed, clean, and had everything you'd expect. It was a standard looking hotel room, not much 'personality' but we needed an overnight close to the airport, so worked well. We took the metro into Vancouver itself, which was a short walk from the hotel - again, all easy.
