The room decor was clean, practical and aesthetically fine. Everything worked beautifully. There was no airport noise. The shuttle driver went out of his way to bring me to the south terminal in the morning.

Like the renovations they did. Rooms are looking much better.

Extremely nice staff, very good location, Costco is next door but make sure u have master card for Costco, 7-11 is close too, breakfast 🥞 only pastries l, no eggs.

It was easy to get to by subway and they had an airport shuttle. Staff was very kind and helpful and the room was spacious.

The room has a great condition and the facilities were nice and clean. The beds were feel comfortable. The breakfast menu was reasonable. The DIY waffles were yummy, my kids were loved it.

Clean property, but I had some difficulty calling the hotel because the numbers at the airport terminal and the number provided through the booking app at check in are different.

Fabulous location with only a 20 minute train ride from Vancouver.

Everything was great good value for tge price

The proximity to downtown, safe area, and great food options

Clean…quiet…shuttle to the airport

Great pool that my kids really like it

We were picked up by the airport shuttle, and the drivers were incredibly kind and helpful. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade because it was Christmas. It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced such outstanding service from staff like those at Radisson. Breakfast was perfect, with a great variety of options, and I absolutely loved the room service as well. There was nothing wrong with this hotel—no complaints whatsoever. I would happily stay here again and again. Thank you for making our Christmas night feel truly “Christmassy.” Everyone was exceptional.

Dinner was great .. rooms were big..shuttle to airport was excellent!!

The room and lobby were exceptionally clean. The restaurant food was so much better than expected from a hotel. The entire staff was always friendly and smiling !! We were even surprised when the hotel ordered a taxi for us since the shuttle was late, and covered the cost!

The staff were amazing! The location is excepcional its beat the AirPort, one block of train you can go everywere

Location isn't far from anything. food around. mall within walking distance. rooms were clean and comfortable. plenty of parking, ease of finding elevator and room. Option of opting out of room service. room attendants were friendly and polite.

Hotel was clean, comfortable king size bed and situated close to other airport hotels in Richmond. 12 noon checkout, free breakfast and free shuttle bus to/from airport.

My family love the breakfast and location.

The location was close for taking the Sky Train to the Waterfront and for getting to the airport fairly quickly via the shuttle provided by the hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel with all the amenities. Restaurant was amazing and staff super helpful and friendly.

the location from the airport, the taxi that you paid for after hours as i arrived after 11pm, the breakfast was delightful and homey with a good selection and the proximity to the sky train for the ferry to Victoria

All the staffs were accomodating. The room is very clean.

Massive bathtub! Love that it was inside the terminal
