We liked the spacious bedroom and bathrooom, and having a kettle to use, as well as the free shuttle to the airport. We did not like the throw-away rubbish at the continental breakfast, even the plastic utensils and the breakfast bowls and cups.

I chose Richmond because of its proximity to the YVR airport...

I chose Richmond because of its proximity to the YVR airport, and the hotel provided free airport shuttle service. The Abercorn hotel was decent, a bit on the old side. Room was spacious. We left very early but hotel does have complimentary breakfast. Location was convenient on a busy street with access to several restaurants nearby.

Staff was attentive, helpful, pleasant, and eager to serve. The convenience of having the terminal downstairs in the same building was wonderful. The restaurant and the lounge were both enjoyable. We had 13 in our party, and I would love to stay there again.

The hotel was only convenient because it was about 10 mins...

The hotel was only convenient because it was about 10 mins ride from the airport. There was nothing else close enough to walk to so you have to get taxis to either of the shopping malls or probably to any of the other places of interest in Richmond. Train station was about 500 metres away and tickets to the Waterfront were quite cheap.

If you just need an overnight stay before flight, this place is good enough, comfortable bed and good pressure of water for shower, better than other international hotel chain we stayed. The property is just about over 20 minutes to Steveston village by car, head on there for seafood meals, particularly, Steveston Seafood House.

Great shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. When you arrive at the airport's shuttle bus stop the buses from all the different hotels show up with there names on the outside. Accent Inns arrives 1/4 past and 1/4 to the hour. After our stay we were returning to the South Terminal and the hotel arranged and paid the for taxi. Great service. Remember to pick up your T bags/Sugar/milk at reception to make in your room. Comfortable large beds, Uber taxis into town reasonable and quick. Great 2 days in Vancouver.

Grace and her companion Lisa were amazing. For a small fee, Grace provided transport to and from the train station and again to the airport. She also provided home cooked chinese food and breakfast for us. Lisa accompanied us into Vancouver city and surrounding areas near Richmond as our travel guide showing us many wonderful attractions and places of interest. The house was amazing and the bed was large and very comfortable 😌 They both went above and beyond. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

There was free shuttle transfer from airport. Aberdeen Station of Canada Line linking the airport and downtown is 5 minutes walk to the hotel. The restaurant serves good food and there are many good Chinese restaurants around. Room is spacious. Air conditioning was very effective.
