Prestige has nice properties. The location was ok but no where to walk around and very busy. Very comfortable king bed, excellent staff and great restaurants. Enjoyed the balcony over looking atrium. Thank you for the upgrade.

Good location with easy access to Vernon area. Newer building, very clean, lots of parking. On site restaurants. Although we did not use the pool it looked inviting. Close to amenities, lots of restaurants and shopping.

Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave.
Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left after one night, we had to sleep on top of the blankets in all our clothes and still woke up with itchy bites all over our arms.
This hotel has bed bugs and is being run into the ground.
Absolutley disgusting, toilet broken and food and hair, blood stuck to the walls.
I was in tears when we left there. They also charged us more than booking.com stated and $100 damage deposit still had not been returned.

This was an incredible disappointment for our stay.
This was an incredible disappointment for our stay. First we booked on line. Were given a price. Then I was charged much more. It took 15 mins for the staff to change the cost and did not do this easily. Then we were not given any soap. The room was dirty and then we had to ask for blankets.. they were not even on the bed. It took 30 min for them to bring them in the evening waiting to go to bed.

We used to live there and loved our time in Vernon. Great getting back to see friends and family. Vernon has a good variety of restaurants and attractions. Since the time we resided in Vernon there is a wonderful trail that follows Kal Lake. The addition of more traffic lights has slowed getting around Vernon a fair amount which will probably be worse come tourist season.

Vernon is a nice place to visit and has lots of shopping if that is what you interested in. Also hiking trails, walking trails and sights to see. Hanging on the beach is also an option. Lots of options.....

Friendly people, and took time to show me to my room and point out details of the place. Very clean and comfortable. Not a 5 star facility, but we'll maintained and 5 star service. Definitely good value for the money. I will be back next time in Vernon, for sure.
This hotel was an original one of four “Courtyard Inn” hotels: huge greenhouse filled with lush tropical plants, surrounded by hotel rooms. (The others are in Lethbridge, Prince George, and Saskatoon.)
The room with two queen beds was very large.
Breakfast has a good selection of food.
We had to cancel one day/night; the hotel did not charge any cancellation fees. That was very much appreciated.
Comfortable, well-appointed accommodation .
Easy free parking
Good free wifi
Good bath,shower combination
Restaurant at the hotel
Pool available
Lift available
