Beautiful hotel in a superb location. Staff were exceptional. Transfers to the ski lift were wonderfully efficient. Beautiful spa area and gorgeous view from the infinity pool.

Bathroom was immense and modern
Spa was really nice, not crowded. Sauna passes our Finnish standards and the cold water tub was a rare treat.
Nespresso machine is a huge plus
Breakfast very good with local products
Parking on site was handy
Pass included covered all local transport such as the telecabines for hiking
Location is right on the Main Street of Chamorro

We stayed for six days in Champery in January for skiing in...
We stayed for six days in Champery in January for skiing in Portes-du-Soleil. The ski resort is huge. We were able to never do the same run and lift three days in a row. Champery is a historic Suisse alpine village with nicely presented shops, bars and restaurants. Expect to spend approx +30% in Switzerland on everything - especially food. Be prepared that some shops take only cash and impose any cash withdrawal fees on you.AndreasGermany - 10Scored 10

The room was totally renovated few years ago.the staff was friendly and very effective and made it utmost to help us in any aspect all around day .we refer to the receptiondits who actively were also serving other aspects except for cleaning room that was done well by house keeping

Champery is a quiet, pretty little Swiss village on the edge...
Champery is a quiet, pretty little Swiss village on the edge of a stunning ski area. There is ample choice of small restaurants in the village and once you are up the mountain (via chairlift or telepherique) you have access to one of the largest lifted ski areas in the world. If the snow is not great, there is actually very little to do in the village in winter, so keep that in mind.

Difficult to be negative as I have been coming here for years and have my own apartment in the village which was occupied by one of my daughters and family this time. If you like alpine hiking, then I highly recommend going to...
If you like alpine hiking, then I highly recommend going to Champery for a couple of days. The hikes up both sides of the valley from town are really nice - epic views, with steep trails that will really give you a good workout. The town itself is compact, and pretty lively (there was a "Jazz and Wine" event throughout town one evening I was there). There also are plenty of active things to do, including e-mountain biking, a rope park, paragliding, etc. Overall, a lovely place for a short alpine get-away.

Host was also happy to make restaurant reservations for us which was a bonus! Couldn't recommend it better if you're on a ski holiday. Everything is within walking distance and the cleanliness and modernity of the apartment made it really feel like home. The view of the mountains from the pool was extremely beautiful!AlexandraFrance

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They kindly gave us a lift to the station and after a misplaced bag was left with minutes to spare before the train left the owner raced down with it in his car and saved the day ! Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Worked for us perfectly as we just needed a place to crash at the end of a busy and sporty day. The pool is great for an activity when the weather is less than ideal. Good value for money.
