5 min walk from the train station. Buzzing area, it is on the Redlight district, so if you're a prude or traveling with small kids, maybe not the best choice. We only stayed 1 night, but we got the most put of it between the nightlife and the sightseeing. The room is small. Water pressure is good. It is an 8 min walk to the lake where you can catch the ferry to the otherside and pass by the Jet D'eau on the water! There is a great speakeasy around the corner called Bambou. It's thru a restaurant besides the Bridgett Club.
Directly across from Cornavin Train Station, this modern 4-star hotel features a unique architectural design with glass elevators and walls.

Known for its international diplomacy, Geneva is the gateway city to the Swiss Alps and contains many international organisations that lend the lake-side city a cosmopolitan flair. It is filled with the best in cuisine, diverse languages and people, and top 5-star hotels.
It's easy to fly in to Geneva Airport, and like the rest of Switzerland, the public transport system is incredibly efficient. And the antique shops and steep, cobbled streets of the Old Town can be explored by foot or bicycle.
Many of the sights are monumental buildings such as the St Pierre Cathedral, but you can escape the chilly winters inside museums and galleries displaying everything from the Renaissance to the Contemporary.
Even if getting out into the wilderness of the Swiss Alps isn’t an option, there’s plenty of nature accessible within the city limits. Parc des Bastions offers tree-lined walks and a game of giant chess and Parc de la Grange is a green space situated on the Lake Geneva promenade. Jet d'Eau, a 450 foot high fountain in the center of Lake Geneva is beautifully lit at night.
With over 90 hotels available, Booking.com ensures that whether you are travelling for business or pleasure you can experience the best accommodations Geneva has to offer.
Geneva is a beautiful city full of history. We were able to walk around the lake and take a dip in it and it was very refreshing. The public transportation is very reliable and on time although crowded in certain areas. There were a lot of things to do and places to go. We did a walking chocolate tour and it was great.

Jet d'Eau is quite spectacular. The Art and History Museum is good, with a focus on Geneva itself. CERN is a can't miss: this is a special place in all the world! Plaza of Nations/UN and the Botanical Garden are well worth the visit.

Calm, cosy city, with this glorious landscape of Lake Leman...
Calm, cosy city, with this glorious landscape of Lake Leman and the mountains! It's really expensive, but really worth visiting. The locals, in the streets, shops, museums, restaurants, hotels were friendly, willing to guide and help.
The history of Geneva (ceturies-old international hub for the developement of free thinking, literature and printing, industry, international relations and institutions) is truly amazingè If you simply look at the architecture, most of the times, it is far from spectacular, but the areas around the lake, as well as the upper old city are charming.
The Museum of the Reform explains very well the histiry of protestantism organised and has some exceptional books and artefacts.
Moreover, Geneva is also a springboard to other places (Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux, Chillons, Fribourg, even Gruyère and especially to go up the mountains, whether in the Jura or the Alps).
Moreover, the fact that the Rhône river stems from the lake is in itself an invitation to continue the journey into France, all the way to the river's Delta and to the sea!
We also had the unexpected opportunity to take a regular city bus to the outskirts of Geneva, then walk into France (crossing the land border) and go to the Cable car of Mount Salève, from the top of which you can have an amazing view over Lake Leman, Geneva and the Alps.

Everything. Spacious room with very nice modern decor. Twin beds were very comfortable. In all our travel accommodations we find the Adina apartment hotel in Geneva the best. The staff were all very accommodating. Definitely recommend to all travellers.
The free tram travel duration our stay was an added bonus!
One of the best locations of my stay in Geneva - 3 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the lake. I booked at the last minute. This hotel was at the lower price of what was available. Room had enough space, a desk, a kettle, good pressure in the shower.
The hotel is new, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels in Geneva. The location is also very convenient - it is near the lake, the train station and in walking distance of the old town.
The hotel is very convenient for the water taxi that crosses the lake to the city centre, saving a journey that would involve catching at least twol buses. It is located in a quiet area, not far from Geneva Plage.
