The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious, clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. The breakfast was very good. We were very happy to stay there.

The place is so clean and nice view but the rooms are quite small.

Completely renovated in 2013, Hotel Rio Muralto is located in front of the train station, 1-minute walk distance from all alle the public transport and the funicular to the Madonna del Sasso.

Dirty room, a terrible pillow and the windows outside cracking all night along. It was a long drive and I would have had better rest in the car instead of this place. I have no idea why not buying proper pillows. You expect people do sleep there and leave a positive review?
