The apartment was fantastic, in residential area of the city, with an amazing view, close to restaurants and supermarket, the city centre can be reached by train in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine chocolate, fruit and cheese waiting for us. Erica, the host, is very friendly and caring about his guests and make you feel at home! Definitely If in future I will go back to Lugano, I will go back to Panorama suite !

What a beautiful apartment. My wife and I were very impressed. Bright, large, very clean and well maintained with a beautiful view of the lake. A kitchenette (well equipped) including an espresso machine with capsules and tea was available, as well as two bottles of mineral water. We were able to park our car in the large, bright underground car park. Thank you very much to the hosts for this great stay! Marco and Yan

The location is amazing. A few minutes walk from the train station ( u can use the cable car to get to it). We booked the family room. It was so spacious. I liked the room decoration, which was stylish and very elegant. We loved the floor finishing and the carpet touch. Also, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was fair and provided yummy pastries. 😋

Amazing views and location.

Amazing views and location. Access is a bit difficult, but this also gives you more privacy and less noice. The worse was check out time… I like the places with check out time 12:00 so you don’t need to rush

Located on a very noisy street – very good location for the city center – the facilities need improvement (no trash can), please wash bed linen and towels at high temperatures and then dry them to avoid odors. Please provide a clean sponge and cleaning cloth for the kitchen – overall it was a basic accommodation in a good location.

Lugano is situated in a beautiful area.

Lugano is situated in a beautiful area. We enjoyed lovely walks. The apartment is within walking distance of Lugano. We didn't use the car during our stay. The parking garage is great. The view from the apartment is good. Busy roads and intersection below the apartment.

Their management is terrible! Beware!!

Their management is terrible! Beware!! They mistreat customers; the administrative employee basically called me a liar. It was awful! They also charge extra fees for no reason, just because they feel like it. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Paradiso is currently undergoing a massive transformation.

Paradiso is currently undergoing a massive transformation. There's a huge amount of construction activity, with many rather tall apartment buildings. This somewhat diminishes the typical Ticino charm. However, Lugano is within walking distance. In summer, there's the attractive lake and a lovely lido.

Close to Lugano, lakeside location, sunny.

Close to Lugano, lakeside location, sunny. Visited Morcotte, very pretty. Close to Locarno, Bellinzona, and Ascona. Explored the Maggia Valley; it's worth driving to the very end of the valley to find idyllic spots right by the river.
