I like the proposition, small room that fits a family of 3 people very well. It was clean and comfortable, though it was a small room.

All of the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The breakfast staff was very good serving your drink of choice and restocking items on the buffet. Rooms were very clean.

Location was great, automated self check in, locked storage area. Whole process was automated and great. It had an elevator. Great for Indians as this had an indian restraunt just besides it, close to the ZHB station. Would re-book this if I visit that place again.

Nice hotel. Small rooms as expected. It is very good to have a shop in the lobby. Welcome coffee is fine. Everything you need is in a walking distance. It is usual location and if you look B&B format - this hotel is quite fine. The room facilities were fine. Nothing more than expected from the hotels network.

Everything!! The beds are the comfiest I have ever experienced and the staff are amazing especially Vladislav who was willing to think outside the box and really go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable!!!

I stayed at this hotel in Zurich for two nights, and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, right by the Limmat River. Honestly, before booking I didn’t have very high expectations. But after checking in, I realized how lucky I was — I got such a wonderful room at such a reasonable price! The staff were extremely friendly, the coffee in the room was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the nights were perfectly quiet, so I slept really well. The room had no flaws at all. I truly admire the person who designed it — everything was so well thought out and complete. I stayed alone, but if two people were to stay, it might feel a little bit tight. Still, I highly recommend this hotel! Next time I come to Zurich, I’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Zurich Old Town. Our host Marc-Antoine is so gracious that he went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Offering an early check-in and assisting us with transportation arrangements.

This was a gorgeous hotel set on a cobbled street, ideal for our visit to the Christmas Markets. There were also many restaurants and shops close by. The breakfast provided was lovely. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is amazing, central, location is great, super clean, bed is very comfortable, the staff are really nice, special thanks to Angie and Maria at the reception, such kind and sweet ladies. We arrived to the hotel with no luggage’s as they lost them in transit, we were so happy to have a cool aired room, with toothbrushes and paste, fresh everything and functioning kitchenette. Space was amazing for us as we only have backpacks. Later we got our suitcases and we still have space. We will definitely come back when visiting Zurich
