Our family arrived in Huadu and checked in here, what a lovely experience. The service was nothing short of impeccable, to the point where all family members said that we had to leave this review. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, especially Ms Wong and TimTim. They helped us make our taxi arrangements knowing that we're foreigners and didn't know how to use the local apps. They even helped us with a suitcase issue on the first night, and we had arrived slightly past midnight. The hotel has very clean and comfortable beds. They wanted to upgrade us to rooms with balconies but we opted for hotel breakfast instead since the central location means the lively night market will be right outside. Ms Wong even helped my elderly family members with digital payments and that was very useful information for the rest of our trip. We enjoyed ourselves so much that some family members who extended their travel days booked Atour Hotels across the country, that's the impression Ms Wong and Tim Tim gave us. A 10/10 experience. We'll recommend this place to everybody traveling here. Thank you for your top-notch service!

False advertising. NO breakfast! Hotel changed OWNERS LONG ago. Hotel has a different name. Confirmation numbers received were none existing during arriving. There was no reservation in our name. You should check ,someone has hackbyour website. 2 days after booking with you I received e mails saying the booking hotel is being remodeled and here is your new hotel address. Next day another email from another. Try calling hotel and Booking .co. NO ANSWER.

The room was spotless and felt just like a brand-new hotel. The airport pick-up service was very convenient—the driver contacted me as soon as I landed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruits and vegetables every morning. Although the hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport, I couldn’t hear any airplane noise at all. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Everything it says on the tin and more. So helpful staff and a very new and modern hotel with the required facilities for a family that needed to be close to the airport for a very early flight. The shuttle bus you can order if your timing is outside the time table and they drive you straight to T1 or T2 in 5-10 mins. Staff helped us a lot with all our luggage and the room was great. A bit weird with the sink in the room but on the other hand the room feels larger.
