We enjoyed our stay in Wuhan.

We enjoyed our stay in Wuhan. It is very well located within walking distance to the Yellow Swan Tower and Yangtse River Bridge. We wished we planned more time in Wuhan as we will not explore the center of town. We are happy with what we saw in one day.

We have lived in Wuhan for almost three years; it has so much to offer with the Yangtze River and many lakes; there are many different districts, such as the old concession area of Hankou District, the old City wall in Wuchang District, Food Street and Yellow Crane Tower, and East Lake with its cafes, lakeshore walks boating, cable car, and many other activities, lots to do, and the city has certainly shaken off its unfortunate past, well worth a long weekend or short week. Getting around is easy, well laid out expressways and easy and convenient, ever-growing Metro system

I am a foreign resident of Wuhan, and as it is such a big city, going for a one-night staycation is popular with foreigners in Wuhan and throughout China. There is plenty to see in Wuhan. The Optics Valley area is developing rapidly and has mixed urban and rural developments for leisure; there are many Taoist and Buddist temples worth visiting and walking around the old Concession area, and walking around the many lakes and riverside trails is popular, especially East Lake. It isn't Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Shenzhen, or Guangzhou, to name a few. Wuhan is a real blend of many well-known China cities. A long weekend is strongly recommended. Covid gave the city a very undeserved reputation but life has moved on come and visit, it'll be worth it.

East Lake is fabulous. I love the green road.

East Lake is fabulous. I love the green road. I biked all day -- no cars on this road. There are many top universities not far from East Lake. On another trip, I visited a famous temple which was quite interesting. I can't speak for the west side of the city. Didn't spend much time there.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You are close to the metro station (5 mins walk) and there is a lake and park nearby. Plenty of food options including a night market behind the hotel which gets very busy. By the lake there are also some really nice bars. The hotel is a very good standard with great breakfast options and all really fresh. I have visited Wuhan many times and this hotel has everything you need, its also very close to Hankou Railway station (2 stops on the metro or 15mins drive).

Very good location right next to Jianghan road, filled with shops, food courts and a lot of people basically all hours of the day. Right next to a very big night market in the nights as well. This is probably the most popular area in Hankou, maybe even in the whole Wuhan. Also relatively close to the Yangtze river and it's park which is a nice stroll area. They have a nice gym with good treadmills. Metro quite close by.
