Free inside parking and relatively easy ♿ access after having a minor knee surgery. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my extra needs. I was on crutches and needed a little extra help. Simple breakfast included was a bonus, a little heavy on carbs as arepas are popular for breakfast in the region. I had someone stay with me for three of my 5 days, to help me after the surgery, so the parking garage was handy. The staff were flexible, being so kind as to cook me a couple of hardboiled eggs, instead of the scrambled eggs with ham. Juice, coffee, and sweet hot chocolate :) pharmacy and food options across the street as well as a mall 5-10 minutes away on foot. The location is close to the regional highway and other main roads. For relaxed open space nearby there are three options about ten minutes on foot from the hotel. The newer River park with its quaint pizza, ice cream, and coffee shops, touristic Pueblito Paisa with typical lunch options and inexpensive souvenir shops plus a lookout platform, and last but not least a nice large outdoor sports complex. PS Having a mini fridge in the room was nice as well as a vanity mirror with a mini desk was helpful. All for about $20-25 dollars a night depending on which nights.

The flexibility and how close the place was to everything

Good location, generally helpful and friendly staff. However, not all staff knew the policy about charges for pets as we were told 30,000 covered our several day stay, the next day when we extended our stay, another staff member said the pet fee was 30,000 per night

The beds were SUPER comfortable! I wish they were able to provide me with the brand so I could buy one back in the US. It felt like a nice hotel. Super clean with great breakfast included, full restaurant downstairs, hot water with good pressure, super kind and helpful staff.

Excellent rooms. Very clean. In a quiet section of Medellin. Excellent breakfast that starts at 6 AM and allows you to go out early for any planned activity or tours. Outdoor pool.

El hotel es hermoso! La mezcla de la arquitectura del hotel con la naturaleza es notable, tiene un "felling ecológico". La velocidad de respuesta del staff es realmente impresionante. Edwin fue sumamente atento y servicial. Nos permitieron hacer check‑in temprano y, además, atendieron de inmediato nuestras solicitudes: una habitación más alejada del pasillo y silenciosa, así como dos almohadas adicionales debido a nuestros problemas de espalda. La rapidez con la que respondieron fue INMEDIATA, algo que nos sorprendió gratamente. En general, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel cuando regrese a Medellín.

WE Loved that it was quietly tucked away in Laureles! Right across from the Parque de Rio- which is beautiful and Full of Local Life!! We had a private room w/our own bathroom. It was large and Comfortable and Quiet. The Staff was warm and helpful!!! we stayed 8 nights and it was like coming “home” each evening after FULL days of exploring Medellin!

Breakfast was tasty, the room was fantastic since an entire wall was windows so it allowed for natural light! The location was prime since the neighborhood is quiet but plenty of things to do in the area. I travelled with my parents and felt comfortable leaving one day before their flight for them to explore at their own pace. Pueblito Paisa is across the street so that's a plus! And of course, the staff - muchisimas gracias por todo! Fueron amables, profesionales y muy atentos en todo.
