Beautifully situated in Larnaca on the beach, the Ciao Stelio's suites are modern, spacious, well appointed, immaculate, each with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach.
The Concierges were so helpful and genuinely nice with a special mention to Anna for her warmth and for taking the time to describe her suggestions, thoughts and memories of the island.
And Angela in the restaurant was a great resource for suggesting wonderful points of interest. Breakfasts were bountiful and delicious with a wide assortment of eggs, smoked salmon, meats, fresh fruits, pastries and baked goods including Greek specialties.
Given the size of the island and also our desire to also visit the northern Turkish side of the island, we rented a car which we were able to park in the Ciao Stelio's private parking lot. But there are so many things to do within walking distance of the hotel, that we found ourselves walking to many attractions -- including Agios Lazaros (amazing!), Mackenzie Beach, the Medieval Castle and the Old Town. One of our favorite destinations, Agios Minos (a female monastery whose beauty and serenity was captivating), was a side trip by car.

A city where apart from the sea, the beach and the restaurants on the seafront I didn't find anything else interesting. A quiet city, I consider it modest and boring, for those who only want the beach, rest and good food. There is a shopping mall, Metropolis, not very interesting, where you can only get there by taxi, because the bus takes an hour (!) for those about 3 km, because it goes around and through the whole city. I wouldn't go to Larnaca again.

Larnaka is a great town - you really have everything you need in one charming place. This time (beginning of June 2026), I was lucky to be there during the Kataklizmos festival, ad the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. It´s also a great starting point to exploring the island. The bus connections to the other parts of Cyprus are easy to use and surprisingly good.

Larnaca is a charming city with a relaxed vibe, beautiful beaches, and a Lovely seaside promenade. The local food is great – especially in small, authentic restaurants. It's a nice place for a calm vacation, though not as lively or modern as other tourist hotspots. Perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy simple pleasures.

Larnaca is a pleasant and clean city with a wide, long, and clean beach lined with cafés and restaurants. The wreck of the ship *Zenobia* is one of the best recreational diving sites in the world — a must-visit for every sport diver.

Larnaka is my favorite place to stay.
Larnaka is my favorite place to stay. I visit several times a year.
Starting from St. Lazarous Church, to the Finikoudes beach, the city center with all shops. Plenty of Restaurants with great food and pubs are enjoyable with nice music. Morning time with coffee shops and walk around the beach..and at night you can enjoy drinks and food at the pubs. Museums, archaeological sites are interesting places to visit.

First of all, the Hotel is at the first line. 1 minute walking up to the sea. The beach in front of Hotel is very nice and comfort.
The room was with a Seaview, and every morning we watched the sunrise, when drinking the coffee at the balcony.
(Also, it is possible to see the airplanes, landing to Larnaca Airport. )
Very important, that the air condition blows not upon the bed, but to the table.
The breakfast is nice and tasty, nobody went hungry.
Thanks to the receptionists and to the maids .
I enjoyed being there.
Thank you very much!
+ Great value for money
+ Very good pool with sufficient no. of sunbeds, well equipped apartment with aircon
+ Helpful staff, borrowing me electricity plug-in adapter (there are UK type plug-ins in Cyprus)
+/- Location is not very central but calm. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel with frequent connections to Larnaca centre or Airport during daytime, restaurants and supermarket are comfortably within walking distance.
Very kind staff. The owner Ramzi did his best to help us with everything. Fixing TV, looking for taxi and even arranging for us to see the football match in a nearby pub . The location is superb. Quiet but still two minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants, sights and 10 minutes walk from the bus stop Finikoudes ftom where you can easily travel to the airport for EUR 2 or other cities in Cyprus for EUR 7 return. Highly recommended.
Great hotel, beyond expectations! Position is perfect to reach the airport, the beach and also the city center.
Friendly and helpful staff!
Delicious breakfast with lots of choice!
If I will come back to Larnaca, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
The best 3 stars hotel I have been ever! Clean as hospital, super comfy, close to one of the best beaches of Larnaca region, perfectly connect by public transport with Larnaca city centre, all that with quite reasonable price.
