Nice place to stay with a family. Great breakfast, really very kind and always smiling staff, nice, clean and quiet room. Hotel is located short walk from tram. We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

The hotel was very convenient. The room is big and comfort. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The location is convenient. The manager of the hotel takes care of everything. He helped us with our rental car, and solved the problem by taking it to a garage by himself with kindness and without any charge.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Because we arrived early they welcomed us and checked us in early. They had everything ready as we ordered it. The room was very clean and tidy. The room is very spacious and the paths were clean and comfortable. The room had a nice balcony. Honestly, this is a very good place to stay at specially at these rates.

To be on the fair side my room was a junior suite. All amenities you can imagine were provided except toothbrush and toothpaste. Very comfortable room, bathtub, everything excelent

The place is gorgeous, location is great and the staff was 10/10. Everything was clean and working, I had one quick request for the managers and they solved it immediately.

I loved my stay here, and felt really lucky I chose it. The staff was extremely helpful, and kind. Especially as I just landed and was having some real issues with Jetlag and missing luggage. The restaurant was really lively and fun, and with a lot of options. Breakfast on the other hand, was quiet and nice, just as you'd want it, with a good standard selection. Room was small but very comfortable and clean, with lots of modern lighting (and charging) options. Mini-bar, flat screen, and even a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. I could hardly have been more pleased. Bathroom was modern, with great water pressure and hot water without much of a wait. Location and value was excellent as well. Taxi pickup was not available outside the hotel, but close by on a corner so it was no problem.

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Check-in was easy, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for getting around. I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

The staff was extremely friendly and help. The room was beautiful and was the entire hotel. Great location to the center of the city, nearby restaurants and local events. The Christmas market and the lighting of the trees was magical!

The staff were really friendly. Parking on site (with a fee). Large room and bathroom. We got a room with a balcony to the main plaza, which was a lovely view. The location was extremely convenient.
