Everything was lovely. The view from the room was stunning, the executive lounge saved me when I needed to grab a quick snack. Honza in the restaurant was very helpful organising a meal quickly and Eda at reception went above and beyond to assist me with my technical issues. A big thank you to them and all the staff who were lovely. They make the stay special. And the massage by Jenny was INCREDIBLE!

Prague is a beautiful and interesting city. Lots of history, culture, museums, churches. Old Jewish quarter with synagogues, all beautiful architecture.
Unfortunately everybody wants to visit and it is very crowded with tourists, there doesn't seem to be a quiet time except 6am! We went early June believing it to be before the high season but not so. Lots of students and schoolchildren visiting their capital city too so I guess it is always going to be busy.

This hotel was warm, welcoming and comfortable. Our room was very spacious with a good sized bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers and a very comfortable bed. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival, in fact the staff in general were helpful. There was a good breakfast selection including cold meats, cheese and pastries, along with a small selection of hot food. The hotel is in a superb central position a very short walk from the main old town square and the river. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.
Unique lovely hotel, excellent room with large comfortable bed, private ensuite with great shower, everything spotlessly clean, fantastic and helpful staff, great location near old town square. The breakfast was good and the restaurant and bar top notch with great food, beer and very reasonable prices. If I go back to Prague this is where I will stay
Fantastic hotel just a few streets back from Old Town square. Although the hotel is in a lively area it was incredibly quiet.
Our room was a good size and very clean . The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. Good bathroom with excellent shower.
lovely hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. Great breakfast provided with fresh omelettes and waffles.
Close to city centre with old town square approx 10 minute walk.
Staff always friendly and welcoming.
Fantastic hotel. Very clean (like the rest of the Czech Republic) and staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in the old town, close to old town square and Wenceslas square.
