We weren't able to use it but I love that there was a pool. The room was lush, products in the shower delightful. And especially good (and a big reason for choosing this hotel) was the very full, quality breakfast.

-Very nice and big reception area, a lot of place for guests; -Breakfast was really good: quality and diversity, also some asian food, a big breaksfast room with a lot of tables and despite it was crowded, there was always a place free. Also, omelette made by order! Very good coffee, and a lot of tee sorts, and cakes, fruits, vegetables. Staff always tried to help, very friendly. -At the business centre: a lot of fruits, cakes, snacks, teas, coffee, water, there were a printer and quiet places to work inside. -Free water on the reception hall; -Parking lot available; -Tree minutes walk to a big mall nearby (behind the hotel) with a food court and a lot of other shops; -Room enough for two, clean, the bed was good, a lot of TV channels, a big closet;

FAQs about hotels in Prague

Discover the Magic of Prague

The Czech capital is nothing short of magical, with Prague’s countless bridges, cathedrals, domes and castles reflected in the Vltava River. Thankfully the city escaped most of WWII’s destruction, leaving the rich history and fairytale façade of this Bohemian city intact.

Prague Castle is the largest ancient castle complex in the world and the St. Vitus Cathedral is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. The Cathedral’s lookout tower rewards those willing to climb 300 steps with the best view of the city.

Walking through the cobblestone streets of the Mala Strana district will bring you to the Charles Bridge. Prague’s beautiful 14th-century monument buzzes with musicians and local crafts sales. The Astronomical Clock, Tyn Church, and Storch building of Old Town compete for popularity with the neoclassical Estate Theatre and the Czech National Museum.

The cafes and restaurants of Wenceslas Square are great for people watching and the Franz Kafka house, the Old New Synagogue and Frank Gehry’s Dancing House are perfect for soaking up history.

Flights arriving at Prague Vaclav Havel International Airport will be in the city centre after a short subway ride. For historic hotels, cheap hostels or charming apartments head to Booking.com for nearly 700 accommodations in Prague.

    Prague was beautiful, especially for those who are interested in architecture. However, it was not always the most welcoming city, nor the most affordable. Still, there were so many places to shop and eat that even on a budget, a trip to Prague is definitely manageable!

    Really beautiful town with good and affordable food. The beer is also recomendable choice, even if you don't like drinking. Praga ZOO, National gallery, Museum of illusions (both of them), botanical gardens, everything worth visiting. Using metro and public traffic is the best way to visit Praga. I recommend buying a monthly ticket, if you are staying more than three days.

    There is a lot to see and do in Prague.

    There is a lot to see and do in Prague. There are many good walking and river tours as well as museums, exhibitions and fantastic architecture and historical buildings everywhere. The main reason for this being that it was not subjected to bombing and destruction during WW2. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars and evening entertainment to cater for all tastes. All the people we met were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The prices for everything was very reasonable compared to normal city prices and everywhere took euros as well as the local currency. Mostly everything is in walking distance, but there is a good tram system, metro and buses.

    The Majestic is a beautiful hotel, the staff are friendly and welcoming, we stayed in a twin room which was lovely, had everything we needed the complimentary shower gel and hand wash was a lovely addition and perfect when your travelling! The hotel isnt in the centre but only a short walk to the old town square, we just turned left out the hotel followed path to end of street, turned left again and just kept walking going.. took about 10 -12 minutes. I would certainly stay there again!

    Myself and my 7 year old son were made to feel welcome during our stay here. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was kept very clean and I appreciated the complimentary bits given to us. We both enjoyed the breakfast each morning - a nice, very well presented selection. I found the bed to be very comfortable, giving me great nights sleep! The location of the hotel in a quiet square just off the old town square was excellent.
