Breakfast was good and delicious, good variety of dishes, but I would recommend to add more lactofree and vegan options. Personal was very friendly. Owner gave us present when we leave :) it was nice. Price was pleasant and we had much more comfort for this price as if we had a hotel in the city center. Parking is included in price, not every hotel gives this option, some of them writes they give parking, but clients inform that places are not enough, if it is city center or more crowded region. Conditioning in the room (when you search for hotels in city center for the same price, they do not have conditioning )

It was a wonderful stay, we were there with group of 4 and we booked suite with 2 bedrooms with large bed. When we arrived, it was a suite with 2 bedrooms but one of the room has a sofabed. This was because of a mistake in booking.com information. Petra (hotel manager) provide us another room (even more beautiful one) without any cost so that all of us can sleep on a normal bed. Many thanks Petra.. Location was perfect and all other amenities.. I definitely recommend!

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Obviously recently renovated so all the facilities are brand new as well. The staff were professionals, friendly and gave us a lot of advice about the currency, places to see, transportation, etc. The breakfast was worth the extra cost as there is a buffet with a variety of fresh food (you can eat as much as you like) and you can order a coffee and a menu item which were also very well made. Their pannacotta is the best. Location is great, you can hear the peacocks from the park nearby, the tram stop is a very short walk from there and you can easily walk to most of the sights. A much quieter neighborhood compared to the other side of the bridge. I would definitely book the same place again but would probably choose a cheaper room.

The Czech capital is nothing short of magical, with Prague’s countless bridges, cathedrals, domes and castles reflected in the Vltava River. Thankfully, the city escaped most of WWII’s destruction, leaving the rich history and fairytale facade of this Bohemian city intact.

Prague Castle is the largest ancient castle complex in the world and the St. Vitus Cathedral is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. The Cathedral’s lookout tower rewards those willing to climb 300 steps with the best view of the city.

Walking through the cobblestone streets of the Mala Strana district will bring you to the Charles Bridge. Prague’s beautiful 14th-century monument buzzes with musicians and local crafts sales. The Astronomical Clock, Tyn Church, and Storch building of Old Town compete for popularity with the neoclassical Estate Theatre and the Czech National Museum.

The cafes and restaurants of Wenceslas Square are great for people watching and the Franz Kafka house, the Old New Synagogue and Frank Gehry’s Dancing House are perfect for soaking up history.

The city is beautiful, clean and safe.

The city is beautiful, clean and safe. The food was very good and lots of cuisines were available. There is an amazing variety of museums and interactive exhibitions available - some very quirkily but always entertaining. The cake cone crams and cakes were delicious. The historic buildings are especially beautiful. Public transport via the trams was cheap and very efficient.

Prague is a very beautiful city and has many attractions...

Prague is a very beautiful city and has many attractions that are worth seeing. There can be a lot of visitors, so sometimes and in some places there are big crowds. You need to pay attention to your belongings and children. Public transport is very well organized. It is worth buying a multi-day ticket online, which allows you to use all types of public transport. Prices are appropriate for this type of tourist gem, but you can get a more affordable meal and drink just a few blocks away from the center. You have to pay to use the toilet, which is not so cheap for a whole day of wandering for one family (about 1 EUR per use/person). It is advisable to have some Czech crowns in cash - they mostly also take EUR, but at a very unfavorable exchange rate. From our experience, be careful with Czech banknotes, especially when they give you change (100 and 200 CZK), because some banknotes look exactly the same at first glance, but are actually invalid. To avoid unpleasant surprises, it is advisable to inquire in advance which restaurant or bar you will enter (e.g. they will try to charge you additionally for the use of the toilet, forcibly adding large tips to the final bill, charging expensively for (purposely placed) snacks on your table, forcing the payment method or payment in EUR at a very unfavorable exchange rate, etc.). Don't be fooled by the published price of beer at the entrance to a bar or restaurant, as you will soon find out that it is the cheapest drink they offer. Don't forget to visit the ZOO.

The city is very scenic and walkable, as it's pretty flat. Good public transport connections from/to the airport. Fair priced buses, trams and Metro take you around the city, if you don't want to walk. Interesting (fairly recent) history, including German and Communist Occupation .There're plenty of museums, local attractions and parks to visit and experience while you're there, many of which are free. The Astrological Clock is a must to visit when it chimes hourly, and the tour is very good too.

Prague itself was beautiful!

Prague itself was beautiful! We loved the style of the buildings and exploring the city. Some standout sights were Old Town (climb up the Astronomical Clock!), Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. The nightlife scene is good, and there are some fun bars (we went to the Alchemist Bar and it was fantastic!). However, I think it definitely feels unsafe during the day in any non-tourist area (even just a few streets down from tourist areas) and especially at night. If you're planning to stay out late, try to book a spot in the city center or on the streetcar line! Streetcars felt generally safe and were very frequent. The food was not great... very plain. Sausage was generally good, but my friend struggled to find any vegetarian options.

Prague is now my favourite city.

Prague is now my favourite city. It offers a wealth of culture and history. The architecture is varied and beautiful covering many centuries of styles from the Romanesque to Art Nouveau. The structures are well preserved having largely escaped the heavy bombings of 20th-century world wars. It has a largely intact medieval core that has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992. I visited the Castle District and the Lesser Town. Walking is an excellent way to tour the city, and the public transportation system is to be admired for its ease of use. Highlights include Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, the Bascilica of St. George, and St. Nicholas Church. The Charles Bridge across the Vitava River was created in 1357 and is a must. The Old Town Square is vibrant and holds the famous Astronomical Clock. The 1912 Municipal House is a treasure of Art Nouveau and it offers excellent tours, which I can personally recommend. In terms of modern architecture, the Dancing House is well worth visiting. Charming restaurants are in abundance everywhere, and the food is excellent. Prague is a very safe and friendly city. It is great for solo travel and the people are helpful and informative. I would also recommend doing the outdoor Escape Rooms offered by www.mystery.city , which will have you exploring different sections of the city through clues and quizzies, and a backpack of "tools". It's fun and informative. I fully intend to return to Prague, as there is so much to do and see.
