First of all, I would like to start off by saying that this property is the best place to stay in Prague. It is the cleanest, affordable, and the most comfortable place that we’ve stayed in, in our 3 week trip around Europe. When we arrived, a receptionist greeted us immediately, gave us a tour around the place, followed us to our rooms and gave friendly reminders about the place and what prague had to offer. She was a kind and helping receptionist, who attended to our needs when we needed her. Everything worked, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean and everything provided for us, such as the toiletries, utensils and plates as well as materials needed to wash our clothes. The place we stayed in followed the pictures were that provided. This apartment complex was near all the places that we needed to get to and it’s also near a lot of restaurants and shops so that we can purchase our needs.

Discover the Magic of Prague

The Czech capital is nothing short of magical, with Prague’s countless bridges, cathedrals, domes and castles reflected in the Vltava River. Thankfully, the city escaped most of WWII’s destruction, leaving the rich history and fairytale facade of this Bohemian city intact.

Prague Castle is the largest ancient castle complex in the world and the St. Vitus Cathedral is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. The Cathedral’s lookout tower rewards those willing to climb 300 steps with the best view of the city.

Walking through the cobblestone streets of the Mala Strana district will bring you to the Charles Bridge. Prague’s beautiful 14th-century monument buzzes with musicians and local crafts sales. The Astronomical Clock, Tyn Church, and Storch building of Old Town compete for popularity with the neoclassical Estate Theatre and the Czech National Museum.

The cafes and restaurants of Wenceslas Square are great for people watching and the Franz Kafka house, the Old New Synagogue and Frank Gehry’s Dancing House are perfect for soaking up history.

Flights arriving at Vaclav Havel International Airport will be in the city center after a short subway ride. For historic hotels, cheap hostels or charming apartments head to Booking.com for nearly 700 accommodations in Prague.

Prague is a friendly place with public transit free and attractions discounted for seniors (over 70, I think). We found Czechs to be a welcoming & helpful people. Of the 3 countries we visited (Austria, Czechia & Hungary) on this trip, Czechs were, by a significant margin, the best. Even Regiojet, the Czech train system we used to travel between Vienna, Prague & Budapest, were of reasonably high quality, with their food prices very cheap and the rides very comfortable (we rode in Relax 2nd Class - tantamount to 1st Class). Prague also has a quaint, Old World charm, much more than Vienna & Budapest.

Don't go in summer. We unfortunately went in June. There are enormous numbers of large guided groups everywhere and it's hard to move around the Charles Bridge, castle complex and old town. In fact, it's hard to express how over-populated the city is during the day. But the city is full of excellent museums, galleries and lots of history and looks beautiful all the time... even though it must define "over-tourism".

Plenty to see and do in Prague. Reccomend to look for restaurants and bars and check prices. Not all will show prices and you will pay expensive price for food and drink. There is pleanty places where you eat and drink for right amount. Historical places all over the Prague. Plan what you want to see. Public transport easy to use. With app worth to buy a day ride ticket. For families with kids is great day in Zoo.

Prague feels like an open-air museum.

Prague feels like an open-air museum. Walking through the city is like stepping back into the Middle Ages, with its stunning architecture, cobbled streets, and historic atmosphere. Some of our favorite experiences included the pedal boats on the Vltava River beneath Charles Bridge and a visit to Prague Zoo. The chairlift at the zoo was a highlight on its own, offering fantastic views and a unique experience. We were also impressed by the variety of rare and exotic birds on display. Prague offers an incredible range of dining options, with cuisines from around the world. We enjoyed Palestinian, Uzbek, Syrian, and Czech food, among others, and everything we tried was delicious. One tip for visitors: restaurants and cafés located near major tourist attractions and monuments tend to be significantly more expensive. For better value and a more authentic experience, it's worth exploring places a little farther away from the main tourist areas.

Prague has a rich history and unique taste of art and food. Favorite spots were the boat tours, The Monastery and Prague castle is a must see. All historical sites are worth the visit. I occasionally purchase a Hop-On/Hop-Off bus tours to enjoy the scenery as well use it as another form of transportation to visit popular sites. There is also a nightlife and if you are into partying, there are several locations in Prague.

This is a beautiful old property. Located between the Charles bridge and old town square, both are a few minutes away. We had a suite, it was gorgeous with an original painted ceiling. Lift access to all floors. This is an internet hotel, so no reception service and you get a code for the door which also operates your room key. Outside there are bars, shops, ATM’s and all you need. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a couple of issues.

Excellent hotel at the edge of the New Town central part, and in walking distance of Old Town square and Prague's main station, but fortunately not in one of the too crowded streets. A large variety of food is served for breakfast from 7-10:30. All my interactions with the folks from the receptions had been lovely, bed was comfortable too, and the room had a desk too. All in all a really nice choice of a hotel.

The location is very nice. I visit there during Christmas. The hotel was about 500 m away from the Christmas market in old town Square. The room is bigger than I expect, which is good because I travel with my parents and we had a lot of bags. So there is enough space for three of us. And for the price of the hotel, it also includes breakfast, which is very good deal.
