It was a really nice experience with very professional staff — we were upgraded to a very nice room. Thanks to Daniel at the reception for his help in upgrading us, it really improved the quality of our stay at the hotel. Would recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious and it is very well connected to the city center.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The place is extremely clean and honestly feels more like a hotel than a hostel. Everything is very well organized, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The self check-in at the reception is very easy, and you can use their app to open the doors and access everything, which makes the stay very smooth and relaxing. I stayed in a 4-bed room with separate toilets, which was great. The water was always hot, and the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommended.

The Property was nice,the staff were helpful. The room was clean and nice they gave us a complimentary wine for free,The hotel was also close to 2 tram stations which took you to the tourist attractions overall it was a good place

Daiana and Nikola in the reception are very nice. The hotel is located a short distance from the city center, allowing guests to enjoy excellent accommodations at competitive rates. Breakfast is plentiful. A wide range of fitness equipment is available.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and overall one of the best value-for-money options. Another advantage is its close proximity to Prague Fashion Outlet.

The breakfast is very basic for me, nothing extra ordinary. The room is clean and the location is perfect, it is located next to Arkady mall and there is one restaurant nearby the hotel. The location is just perfect. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel so much!

An absolutely beautiful hotel, very clean, delicious breakfast, and very convenient location with just a few stops from the train station and a few more to the city center. The best place I've stayed at in Prague and we intend to stay here every time we go back. Worth every penny!

I finally have time to write the review ! I have a lot to say: this hotel is the highlight of my entire trip ! 1. The interior decoration is exactly my type, the balcony and the view are the plus ! Every morning I could enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset equally in the evening, that’s really heartwarming. 2. The staffs are very helpful, professional and passionate. My parents who couldn’t speak English got a lot of help from them. On the other hand, my parents were very sweet which pleased the staffs as well. We had a terrific experience here ! 3. This hotel is very clean, breakfast is delicious, slippers bathrobes are comfortable, umbrella is high quality and very handy in this season with unstable weather. 4. Location is excellent, you could go almost everywhere on foot. 5. Price is reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel ! When I have chance to come to Prague again, I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again !
