Excellent facilities, wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast

Clean and tidy space with very good staff who are very kind and helpful.

It was a great experience. Staff very professional, helpful and kind. A room very comfortable and clean. Easy access to the most interesting spots of Prague thanks to the proximity of the tram. I can't expect a better place in Prague to visit the city while staying in a very quiet area!

Everything was exceptional - the reception, the restaurant and the swimming pool. The personnel was super friendly from our arrival right to the end. The breakfast was like in a five star hotel - everything was cooked amazingly well! The location is very convenient. There are many tram and bus connections which can take you to the castle and to the metro. The hotel is family friendly and they organise many children activities. The view from the room was also great. We are definitely coming back!

I'm not easy to go speechless due to hotels, but this one has. It's outstanding. Location to transport, the way we where treated, I felt I was royalty 😁. Staff, outstanding. Facilities, outstanding, perks, outstanding..Kids play area with supervision free of charge, hair dressers on-site, souvenir shop on-site, elegant dress shop on-site, live music free of charge in the bar area... Provided kids complimentary backpack with activities. Bottle of a little something for me and my husband. The pass card for Prague discounts, in the room, complimentary panettone, candies, water (this was the 22/12, so it's probably due to the Christmas). Staff behaved like my personal assistant, advised on transport proactively, were polinte and energetic. Room, big and clean, finally one hotel that the shower drains were not clogged..

The design is amazing, perfect location to see concerts at the O2 venues.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to the lovely receptionists and the cleaning lady who kindly brought us smaller pillows — such thoughtful service made a real difference.We loved the spa, the breakfast was excellent, and the room itself was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed a beautiful view of the garden, which made the stay even more relaxing.Getting to the town centre was very easy, and the free parking was a huge bonus. Our car had its own spot in a private, locked carpark with a roof — truly great convenience.

The location, friendly staff . I had a nice gesture from staff on birthday which was really touching.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and overall one of the best value-for-money options. Another advantage is its close proximity to Prague Fashion Outlet.

The service in this Hotel is so amazing. Guys at Front Desk are best I have had ever seen in my life and I have been in lots and lots of Hotels.

The hotel was quite big and prices are acceptable.

Very close to trams and fairly convenient for laundry services. Breakfast had many options and good flavor.

It was my first stay at the hotel, and apart from reviews in booking.com, I didnot have much information about the hotel. And it was much better than my expectations. Although location not right at the center, it is easily reachable and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was wonderful, especially Lenka and Diana were very helpful and kind to us during our stay. Breakfast was rich and healthy. Definitely will come back to the hotel this year

Excellent location with a beautiful view from my room. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout the stay. The biggest surprise was the food and cocktails, which were genuinely excellent. The room also had some very thoughtful touches, including the Nespresso setup, and the bathroom was spacious, modern and very nice.

The location can’t be beat!! Right across from the astrological clock in Old Town Square. Nice buffet breakfast in a beautiful restaurant, spacious room with an antique feel. Surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area. We would definitely return!

Great location, tasty breakfast.

It’s almost the same building as the Church of our Lady of Tyn , it’s literally the old town itself, the price was insane it was even lower than a 4-5th city in Albania , the food was good , Shout out to the Guy he spoke English very well and was very nice , it looks like those lord or duke mansions from movies and i had a view of the Church of Tyn , it’s maximum 2-3 meters from your window 🤣🤣 and you can see the beautiful spires from your window and you would feel like you are in a Vampire Gothic city , 100x better when it’s foggy during morning or night, Very very nice Hotel

Great location, the room is big, clean and comfortable. Comfortable lobby with very nice minibar with coffee and drinks
