Big rooms, very beautiful area

Very nice location and staff. We got room upgrade for free without even asking and mini bar included. Room was very modern and clean. Very nice parking infront of the hotel. Pool and spa were available, but we didnt use them.

We've had a lovely stay with our 2-year-old in one of the deluxe rooms. The view from the balcony is wonderful, and I'm really glad for the children's playground right in front of the main building. Staff has been genuinely nice and helpful throughout. Breakfast offer is definitely above average, with plenty of options and frequent re-stocking. In-room AC is a great bonus that you won't find in most properties in Luhačovice, so if you're visiting during a heatwave, this would be a great choice. Overall this has been a very pleasant stay. While the hotel has its own parking, we were quite happy using local buses to get to/from the town center. They are reasonably frequent and reliable. There's also plenty to do in the area within easy walking distance, including waterfront cafes, playgrounds and a small water park right next door. We had a great time on a paddleboat one morning, and it was easy enough to fit both Luhačovice and the Pozlovice dam area into a single day without any stress.

the service, the front desk very friendly and helpfull, the rooms was very clean, just what i needed quiet clean friendly helpfull after traveling allday, would recommend and recomended for others, having a private sauna and hot tub for an hour 1/2 was top of the cream.

What to say? Everything here is always perfect 100%. Professional, friendly and helpful staff with a good sense of humour as always, (I'm always at Baltaci for a concert). Hotel and rooms always impeccably clean, modern, and quiet. Definitely the most comfortable of all the many hotels I stay in during the year. Breakfast incredible, lots of fresh options in a nice environment. Walking distance to trolley, train, and shopping / cafes.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location is great: the bistro at the hotel's building has some of the best food in town and there are grocery stores downstairs as well. The in-hotel spa is exceptional. It's brand new and has some saunas with scenic views and a nice rest area.

Nice and clean. Very close to the center.
