I was assigned a top floor room which proved to be across from the elevator , an excellent coincidence ? Or was it intentional ? Either way it was perfect The view from the balcony was rather nice withs castle/ mansion on the hilltop across the tennis courts. Motorcyclists are permitted to park their machines at front of the hotel . The breakfast buffet in the hotel was quite satisfying

Andrea the manager did an outstanding job for returning our missing luggage from airport.. Also Katrina at the restaurant is an excellent host and so friendly and smiling all the time … Hanz at the reception was supportive and customer oriented… Big thank you to ALL.

Wonderful polite staff. Convenient location. Quiet place. Convenient parking. Everything was very tasty and high quality. We enjoyed breakfast every morning

The receptionist was not good at dealing with us, her manner was dry and annoying, and her management was bad because she was moving us to lower level rooms or merging me, my daughter, and Sedki in one room, which made my daughter’s privacy almost non-existent, and she was rude in her judgment, unlike the other employee and employee, they were extremely sophisticated and professional in managing the hotel

Staff at the reception as well as in the kitchen - super friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome and helped with charging of my laptop. Different temperature in the living room and bedroom, lovely renovated bathroom. Great breakfasts included fried eggs and pancakes, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit and everything was always replenished, even a few minutes before the breakfasts end.

It's a nice old building very close to the center. We stayed here because we wanted to visit the nearby Monopol microbrewery and pub regularly. Free parking is provided and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a classic hotel in the best sense of the word: the rooms are a lot more spacious than what you expect nowadays, the facilities are solid and well-built (although somewhat dated but in a cool way), the staff are well-trained and attentive. The location is perfect, right on the main square. All in all, a pleasant surprise, especially if you like a slightly retro but very well-maintained and spotlessly clean aesthetic.

The owner was very nice and accomodations, the breakfast was delicious, the location convenient, price hard to beat.nice character to the building. Lovely backyard area.

Everything was good, the receptionist was nice and helpful. She even helped me paying for my parking. With that said,...it means that there is no parking as opposed to it is select able in Booking.com...
