Andrea the manager did an outstanding job for returning our missing luggage from airport.. Also Katrina at the restaurant is an excellent host and so friendly and smiling all the time … Hanz at the reception was supportive and customer oriented… Big thank you to ALL.

I was assigned a top floor room which proved to be across from the elevator , an excellent coincidence ? Or was it intentional ? Either way it was perfect The view from the balcony was rather nice withs castle/ mansion on the hilltop across the tennis courts. Motorcyclists are permitted to park their machines at front of the hotel . The breakfast buffet in the hotel was quite satisfying

It's a nice old building very close to the center. We stayed here because we wanted to visit the nearby Monopol microbrewery and pub regularly. Free parking is provided and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful service and food. Tea and cakes in afternoon were delicious. Communication before our trip was easy and helpful as well. We easily arranged airport shuttles.

This is a classic hotel in the best sense of the word: the rooms are a lot more spacious than what you expect nowadays, the facilities are solid and well-built (although somewhat dated but in a cool way), the staff are well-trained and attentive. The location is perfect, right on the main square. All in all, a pleasant surprise, especially if you like a slightly retro but very well-maintained and spotlessly clean aesthetic.

The owner was very nice and accomodations, the breakfast was delicious, the location convenient, price hard to beat.nice character to the building. Lovely backyard area.
