The hotel staff were extremely service-minded, respectful, and highly professional. They had excellent communication skills and were always friendly, courteous, and welcoming. They were attentive to every detail, quick to assist with any request, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude, kindness, and dedication to outstanding customer service truly made my experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel because of its exceptional staff and their commitment to making guests feel valued.

The hotel is well maintained, modern and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating and there is a very good buffet breakfast for 25€ per person. Our room had a very nice view of the city and there is a closed parking garage that is included in the price of the booking. The hotel is in a perfect spot in the city. You can reach a lot of places by foot and there are metro and bus stations very close as well.

InterCity hotels are like Westin Hotels in the U.S. -- they are modern with good quality. This InterCity definitely delivered that. There are 4 elevators and I never had to wait more than 2 seconds for an elevator. It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful lounge area where I would read at night and have something from the bar. I signed up for the breakfast (it was reasonable) and it was excellent with a robot that took dirty dishes to the kitchen. It is about a half block from the Central Train Station -- the side with the long line of taxis.

Perfect location in the center, close to the trains. Direct train is available to the airport. The room was a student-link property, but clean and nice, with blackout curtains. It's a noisy road outside, but with windows closed you don't hear anything. Cleaning and towels change available every day. What I really appreciated - free laundry room (washing and drying machines). There is also a nice bar on the ground floor. Lots of places to work quietly. Free gym. Perfect for any work-related stay!

Yet what distinguishes the Adlon above all else is its people. Every member of staff I encountered displayed genuine warmth, professionalism, and an instinctive understanding of exceptional hospitality. Their kindness never felt performative. Rather, it conveyed an authentic desire to ensure that every guest felt truly welcome. My connection with the Adlon extends well beyond this visit. Throughout my childhood, my parents and I spent many holidays here, often staying for weeks at a time. Those experiences made the hotel feel less like a destination and more like a second home. I will never forget when we celebrated Christmas here and we were allowed to have a real Christmas tree in our suite. A memory that lasts forever. Returning after so many years (Under a different name), I was deeply moved to discover that the unmistakable feeling of warmth and familiarity remains entirely unchanged.

The location is perfect. Accessible by any public transportation and to tourist areas. The staff allowed me to keep my bags before and after my stay.

The hotel is beautiful, an interesting combination of old and new. Lovely bar and beautiful breakfast room. The staff were outstanding—always very helpful and patient. I needed to buy stockings one night and the very helpful young woman at the desk sent me immediately to the right place! I should add that the breakfast itself was a highlight. Most days, we never had to stop for lunch. I will definitely return and I am recommending to friends especially after a very disappointing hotel stay in Amsterdam which was approximately the same price for a room 1/4 the size with inedible expensive breakfasts.

Great location, on walking distance from everything and very clean room was small but it was ok since I just needed it to spend the night
