I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Bonn. I booked a single room for three nights and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation for such an affordable rate. They even allowed me to check in early around 10 am, which was a huge plus after my morning arrival. The hotel also had someone available at the lobby as early as 4 am for check-out, which made my departure very convenient. Breakfast was decent and worth the additional 12 euros. My room didn’t have AC, but since it was small, simply opening the window was enough when it felt a bit warm, a fair trade-off considering the price. Overall, this is a great value for money if you don’t mind a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the tram station to reach Bonn Hbf.

A truly wonderful city and so easy to navigate.

A truly wonderful city and so easy to navigate. We walked everywhere and for people of of our age (77&75) that was important as we stayed 3 days and were able to enjoy the ambiance of a magnificent city and its history. Longer would have allowed us to see more but we had other places to see before leaving for Australia.

Bonn is a lovely city with pleasant parks with beautiful Horse chestnut trees in flower in the Spring! It is lively and has an interesting cathedral. It has plenty of good shops and a particularly good restaurant called "The Elephant." It has ice -cream parlours and good cafes. It is very safe place to walk around in the evening. travel to and from nearby places of interest like, Ahrweiler and Cologne for example is easy. There is a lovely Botanical garden there and a pleasant path to walk beside the River Rhine.

Enjoyed shopping in Bonn, good restaurants and cafes. The Carnival was very entertaining! The Rhine is impressive, easy walking along the banks and good views up on the high points to the south of the city.

Bonn has not been bombed during WWII, therefore it has the largest well-conserved late 19th century urban area in Germany (Suedstadt). To be mentioned also, the Poppelsdorf Schloss and its wonderful restaurant situated within the Botanical Garden, the Poppelsdorfer Allee and the beautiful Rhine promenade in easy reach.

Having worked in Bonn for many months in the past, its always lovely to come back to this lovely city! Many local attractions, bars and restaurants within walking distance - I recommend Brauhaus Bonnsch. Alte Zoll (riverside bier garden) and the bars and restaurants near Paulaner.

Really good hotel located just around the corner from main shopping and eating streets . We had an easy walk from central rail station which we used several times during our week in Bonn . Our friends had rooms on the main road which was a little noisy on first night and the helpful staff moved them to quieter rooms for the rest of our stay . Breakfast was excellent and although not included in our room rate was good value and we ate in the hotel most days . Tea and coffee were available in dining room on ground floor whenever required.

The hotel is not in Bonn but in another city called Bad Godesberg. In a beautiful building right in front of a train station. Good and clean room, decent bed, functional bathroom - we had a good stay. I particularly liked the breakfast that had all kinds of food you can eat. Now that's a sign of a good hotel in Germany!
