Convenient location close to the highway. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Self service breakfast with usual German dishes in a cosy ambience. In general, a very pleasant hotel with no more or no less than what you'd really need and all for reasonable price. Would highly recommend it and would definitely come back again.

Everything was really good and nice

Perfectly situated along the highway so perfect for anyone looking for a place to sleep on a long road trip. Clean and great value

The location was great: close to highway but also in a city with lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had to leave early, couldn't have breakfast but we were given breakfast packages for the road, they were excellent.

Great place, fast wifi, very friendly staff, tasty breakfast and the restaurant downstairs does really good food. Has a family vibe about the place. Location was very central. The desk in the room was good for working and I liked the option of a blackout blind. Lighting was decent and there were a few small touches that made it feel very welcoming.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is in the Old City/University area and close to several restaurants. The street is relatively quiet. The hotel manager is friendly and speaks German and English. The room was clean, average size and had a mini fridge. The Schlossgarten, a large city park, is three blocks away. The closest bus stop is two short blocks away and the train station 15 minutes walk through the historic district.

Beautiful, comfy room with everything you may need. There is even a wireless phone charger, not to mention a speaker. Kitchen is furnished with everything: microwave, stoves, etc. The hotel looks very nice also in the other spaces, and it has a vending machine with unexpected but very useful products. The staff is kind and super-helpful. I recommend it staying here.

Everything was perfect. We even had room service and it was good. Comfortable, elegant, cozy and welcoming.

Beautiful design/decor,quality linens. The espresso bar in back was great. Easy digital checking, string wifi. Elevator. This is my 2nd visit ,will return.

The place has lots of charm, the restaurant of the hotel has great dinner (local traditional food: "Fränkisch"). Room was spacious and bathroom clean + functional.

exceptional, thank you, Ronald!

Very beautiful restaurant, good breakfast

Good location close to our route to home Nice hotel, pet friendly and with good facilities Good breakfast with a wide choice of options Large parking

A comfortable, clean and cozy hotel for a great price

The rooms are small but with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. It is super clean & the most professional & helpful staff! The receptionist went above & beyond to share necessary information on how to navigate the city. Breakfast is included & it is just fine. It's a small hotel, but convenient even for a longer stay. It is a good value for money. Location us excellent. Although it is just in front of the train station, it is quite, clean & safe!

The room is spacious and comfortable. I was traveling alone and had a queen size bed (not a twin bed one usually gets when one books a single room in Germany). The location is great. Just 5 minutes from the train station and right in the heart of the shopping street. The brasserie looks great too. Nice inside and outside seating area and the menu looks good. (I did not eat there). Very nice staff.

The rooms were very clean, the reception always welcoming and nice.

Room was clean. Breakfast had plenty to offer. Location was great.

Well-maintained beautiful hotel with paid underground parking, which was especially comfortable during the heavy snowstorm on our first day. The hotel was warm and cozy, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was rich and delicious.

NH Hotels are in general very good. At this particular NH Hotel staff are also going an extra mile for you. I forgot something in the room after check out, came back a couple of hours. Staff went up and looked if the cleaning lady set it aside. It was there and got it back. Thank you!
