Really delicious breakfast buffet - not the largest, but the quality was super. Nice breakfast room, quickly attended to by the staff. The swimming pool is large, clean, and nicely organized for towels (available, no hassle). Good, small sized work out room and two clean and super hot saunas. Friendly check in. Friendly bar service, decent food. Room was clean and spacious, as we booked a superior double room....was worth the extra. Coffee / 1 beer / 1 wine / nuts / 2 bottles of water, and 2x juice included. Parking was a very reasonable 6 euros per day. We had a car, but there is a bus stop at the end of the parking lot. Nothing was a hassle....everything went smoothly.

Location is superclose to City center, rooms are very spacious and beds super comfortable! Very clean!

I had a wonderful stay in a spacious and clean room that was beautifully designed. The thoughtful welcome gifts were a nice touch, and a well-lit bathroom with a modern shower was great. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's unique architecture and opted to use the stairs, which reminded me of a castle.

location only. But there was a construction around and it was not easy to walk with a suitcase from the train station.

The personnel was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent. We even got a free public transport pass to bring us everywhere in Essen and they gave us some great tips.

Nice big room with a comfortable bed & pillows, maybe a little bit smaller bathroom. It is extraordinary clean. Good location, near the city center; they have parking but you can use garages in the vicinity. Best value for money. Check-in and breakfast area is at the hotel nearby, 30 meters entrance to entrance. Nice breakfast too, all you can need (coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt, fresh juice, charcuteries and even smoked salmon). Water in the room and they even checked with us if we need anything else, even water. I liked that attention to details.
