As we visit relatives in Gelsenkirchen every year we have now found our favorite hotel to go to, so we will be booking with them again for our next trip. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and spoke very good English. As a wheelchair user all aspects of my needs were catered for ie: automatic doors. The room (junior suite) was very spacious as was the on-suite.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Especially in the morning when we had breakfast. Mara always welcomed us with a smile and offered us right away if we wanted tea or coffee. The restaurant is of course italian, but even the rooms had an italian vibe to it. It actually made me miss to go back to Italy.
