We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms and the entire hotel are super clean. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, We wanted to stay 1 more night and the receptionist arranged it within few minutes, we was grateful for that. Room is quite small but has everything you need.. Appreciated free parking they had 🥰 Value for what you pay!

The staff were so very kind and helpful. My girlfriend was sick and needed medical attention. The front desk staff helped us find the hospital and called us a taxi. We returned after breakfast was served and were still given a good breakfast. Wonderful staff! The room with balcony was great as well.

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a room with a balcony and we enjoyed sitting out in the evening with some wine and watching the Rhine River flow by. It was very relaxing.

Quiet location away from the center of town. Bus a few steps from the hotel takes you directly to town center, where there is two indoor malls. Great for cyclist with secure garage and all you need to do maintenance on a bicycle. Good food at their restaurant with good ambiance. Family run hotel and every effort is made to please the guests.

Quaint room, on smaller size. Location to public transit was perfect. Hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included and adequate. Staff was very helpful. Night desk clerk even stepped outside to help us decide where to park. Location was good for walking to Christmas markets and bus station.

This lovely hunting lodge is in a nature park with lots of hiking trails, places to rest and watch. Down a small road leads you to their parking next to the lodge. The restaurant has a variety of food especially wild game for lunch or dinner. Breakfast included eggs or meat from the kitchen as well as standard European fair. The beds were great and bathroom excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is just outside of Koblenz between the Mosel and Rhein rivers.

We loved the hotel.It has fantastic views over the Rhein far below ,of the city and far beyond to the volcanic Eifel area.At night it was even prettier. We loved our spacious room,a sitting area ,good shower room,and very comfortable beds. The room was well furnished with little homely touches,but not too much. Breakfast was lovely.Prettily set breakfast room.Great coffee- a pot each! The staff were all so friendly..Super welcome,and a friendly farewell.We will definitely return.

The staff and the breakfast were exceptional. For the most part, the room was fairly quiet. It happened to be located right next to the elevator. So, there were times you could hear people having conversations as they waited for the elevator. However, the breakfast more than made up for that minor inconvenience. The hotel is located a short walk away from a local Thai restaurant (ate there twice), the mall, and the Altstadt and Christmas market. Again, I want to emphasize how great the staff and breakfast were. (Chef's kiss)

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was great quality and plenty to choose from. Great location, as only a 5 minute walk to shops and train station (Stadtmitte)

Everything was great and as advertised. The staff was very accomodating and allowed us to leave our bags for several nights while we were on a bike tour.
