Excellent Location: in the heart of the city, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from Mannheim Hauptbahnhof

My traveling companion collapsed and cut his nose. I called reception for help and they were exceptionally helpful. We were 2 Americans who did not speak German and the staff took great care of us. Michael Hoffman

Lovely property ...good location

Everything! The rooms are big, clean , with great A/C ! The bathroom with the bathtub are gigantic and really well equipped. The beds are super comfy , the staff is friendly and the breakfast is really good! Location is good, close to the Luisa park and 10/20min from the city center.

There are two types pillows, one tall, one low. The lower one fits me very well. The bed mattress is very comfortable.

Super hotel. The reception manager Tuku is very friendly and tries to help. The rooms are clean, cleaning is regular, and it’s immediately noticeable that they try to keep the service at a high level. The location is very convenient.

They did not charge us for our dog! And they were very kind with him as well. For us that has a great value.

Peaceful location with great restaurant just closed a little early.

Centrally located in the Mannheim CBD this hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are many good restaurants nearby and it's an easy walk to the train station. You can also get in a nice walk or run along the Neckar river nearby. I would highly recommend.

Very clean, upscale, and the toilet is in a separate room from the shower. Breakfast was amazing and it’s right near the train station!

It has everything a very good hotel needs to offer. Quick service, comfortable clean rooms with air conditioning, pretty decent breakfast service. I didn't order room service but I have heard that the restaurant quality is also great. The location is just a few minutes away from Hbf which makes it even more convenient. I would definitely be going back and will be going to the other Radisson locations as well.

The hotel is easy to find, within walking distance of the central train station, situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Reception staff is friendly and competent. Rooms are spacious and tidy. The bathroom was good, instant hot water, new amenities. Breakfast was basic but nourishing.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was clean and just perfect for our visit to Mannheim.
