i liked the location and the airconditioning was great in summer

The room was fresh and clean. It had air conditioning which was important due to extreme outdoor temperatures. The shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was plentiful with wide range of food options. We enjoyed sitting in the bar and having a beer with a freshly handmade pizza.

My traveling companion collapsed and cut his nose. I called reception for help and they were exceptionally helpful. We were 2 Americans who did not speak German and the staff took great care of us. Michael Hoffman

There are two types pillows, one tall, one low. The lower one fits me very well. The bed mattress is very comfortable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in how splendidly furnished, clean and quiet it was. Walking in feels like stepping into a castle–a very charming place indeed. The courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the spaces, the exquisite breakfast... everything was beyond excellent

Perfect location! We easily walked from Mannheim Hbf to the hotel in about 15 min. The shops are also in a walking distance. The hotel is clean, the room was spacious for our family of three. The hotel gave our daughter additional bed for free.

The rooms were excellent. Loved the decor throughout the hotel. Especially the library. Breakfast was outstanding. Service was outstanding. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We needed a gluten free breakfast. Will definitely come back

I travel a lot and stay in various places for several days at a time, but I don't think I've ever given the highest rating to anywhere before. The Mood apartment was exceptional. Its location is excellent: it's in the city centre, close to the university, and within walking distance of the train station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is equipped with a small but functional kitchen, efficient air conditioning, an excellent internet connection and a very clean bathroom. Check-in was unbelievably simple. I highly recommend this place!
