Location, rooms and restaurant all excellent

Wonderfully comfortable family lodging in the midst of paradise on earth! Wonderful staff, and just such a pleasure to be at such a lovely hotel (private apartment with a cozy loft!) over Easter.

Clean, modern, new, excellent breakfast, very nice and helpful staff (both reception and restaurant)

Amazing stay. Great facilities, location can’t be beat, very friendly and helpful owners, good breakfast spread, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. There are access to balconies, a beautiful view, a short walk to the main area of Oberammergau, a store right across the street for any last minute needs, steps away from the Bahnhof, and even a guest card for free use of bus.

Room was quite spacious and was compartimented so that the sleeping area was separate from the main entrance and bathroom area. Easy access to the inner garden. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite unique with its wooden structure. The side walls of the sleeping quarters were made of piled logs.

The breakfast was super! You could always ask for more coffee and the staff was present and helpful.

Great accommodation, very clean, quiet, nice views of the mountain, tasty breakfast, the staff was very welcoming. Not our first stay here.

The family owned faciltiy, warm dinner, and breakfast were more than our expectations. The owner Wolfgang was and his staffs are so warm. We loved this inn.

The location was perfect with spectacular views of the alps. The meals served in the restaurant were excellent, and it was a short walk into the town.

The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was simple but clean snd comfortable. I was travelling on my own, which can sometimes be daunting but I felt safe and at ease the whole time.

Everything about the place is great. Location is amazing and everything is brand new.

Fantastic traditional Bavarian hotel, with a perfect location over a hill, overseeing the nearby amazing monastery and not close to the road to hear any noises. Good starting point for mountain walks as well. It has a good restaurant, nice service and a high quality breakfast. The spa centre is pleasant as well.
