All was good in this hotel, apart the water in the pool: too cold.

It’s a really interesting and different space. The stay was very quiet and perfect for our stay. Also the breakfast was fantastic!

This was our second stay with Dorint am Goethepark. Each time, our room overlooked the Park an der Ilm. The windows opened so we could enjoy the light breezes and bird song. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance of the park, most of the town of Weimar Germany and many historic sights, lovely cafes with lots of options, bakeries, and the farmers market on the Martkplatz. The hotel is close to shopping and additionally situated within 10 minutes by taxi or bus to the Weimar train station, making for an easy long distance train ride from Frankfurt Flugehofen (airport) with a change in Erfurt on to Weimar. We did not partake of the breakfast buffet but were told it was very nice.

We liked everything in the hotel and the restaurant. Excellent food too!

Breakfast was magnificent....beautiful and tasty array. Rooms were well designed old world ambiance; nicely kept up. Perfect location with walkability to many restaurants and tourist sights.

The staff(especially Ms Levi) was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious. The hotel is in the center of town and a 25 minute walk downhill from the train station. There are frequent buses ( especially for the uphill trek leaving town).

Big spacious room with comfortable bed and super shower. Clean and beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was just perfect near all of the major sights.

Beautiful hotel in the center of old town. Building is rustic, gives a feeling of traveling back in time but with all conveniences of 21st century. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Possibility of private parking is a great plus. Definitely will be recommending it to my friends. I will stay there again some time to spend more time in a Weimar

Beautifully period-furnished hotel in a historic building, with very comfortable rooms that retain their historic flair without compromising on amenities. The great location made it easy to explore the area. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and always helpful. Breakfast was very nice and a pleasant way to start the day. A particularly thoughtful touch was the 24/7 tea station next to the lobby, which made returning to the hotel especially pleasant. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would happily recommend. 😊
