Good location, very clean, friendly personnel, good restaurants nearby, and close to the airport.

Very clean and well located right next to the malecón. The room was spacious and had a view of the river. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended

The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes away from the airport, with a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast room is on the 8th floor, with panoramic views of the city, and the complimentary breakfast buffet itself is excellent. The Mall del Sol is half a block away, so if you have an hour or two, you can check it out. It’s modern, with lots of coffee places and restaurants.

The buffet in the morning was exceptional. Great variety of food. Also, there was a nice little gym with a juccuzi and Sauna.

Best part of this hotel was the heated lap pool.

The front desk clerk was awesome and the room was big and comfortable with a nice big shower! Ala nice to have a place to park our car!

My experience at the Hilton was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, greeting my family warmly and happily accommodating my ESA pet. A friendly tip: make sure to bring your documentation, as they do not charge for ESA pets with the proper paperwork. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us coordinate a surprise cake in our room, which made the occasion even more special. They also welcomed us with a complimentary drinks per person, which was such a thoughtful touch. The brunch offered a great variety of food choices, making it a delightful start to our morning. While we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, we’re definitely looking forward to exploring it on our next visit. The added presence of security at the entrance also gave us a sense of safety throughout our stay. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I wholeheartedly recommend booking this Hilton for a longer stay or even a staycation.

Amazing little gem in the middle of the city. Nice and clean. The hot tub and the fridge were a nice touch.

Very nice hotel. Close to the airport

We had an early international flight (7 AM) the next day, so we had to leave the hotel at 3:30 AM. They kindly arranged some yummy box breakfasts that helped us get some energy to begin our long journey.

Nothing. They canceled my reservation at 11 at night on the way there. And it's outside the nicer area.

The staff is very bitter I do not recommend it
