The proprietor, Juan, was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was within easy walking distance of a good choice of bars and restaurants, shops if necessary. Many small beautiful villages and wineries in this area, so no lack of things to do, places to visit. The complimentary bottle of Rioja in the room was a lovely touch too. Delicious food and friendly staff. The flat is quiet and a good size, with nice mountain views, private and on-street parking outside the door. Great communication with the owner, which helped because google maps didn't take me to the exact spot.
