The staff were brilliant. We needed help sterilising our baby bottles and they did it no problem. We also forgot something at the hotel and they did everything required (and more) to return it to us. Very pleased and grateful

Excellent room, bed and location. Parking 140m from hotel. I would recommend that you prebook the parking space in advance. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Our main purpose of staying there was to go to see the replicas of the Niña, the Pinta, and the Santa María ships of Columbus's first voyage in 1492, but it turned out to be some 5 or 6 miles distant and no bus service. The very helpful desk recepcionist Emilio got us a taxi that worked out very well for that and to take us to the Huelva train station the next day. In departing for Huelva I left my cane behind, and Emilio had it sent to me in Madrid the following Monday. The room was fine, the light food was okay, and the barmaid very pleasant.
