This was my favorite hotel in my trip. Gema, at front desk, is super friendly and goes out of her way to help.

Good location for walking in any direction. Easy 33 bus stop from the main bus station. Friendly staff. They let us leave some winter clothes over several days when we went hiking which lightened our backpacks considerably. So kind.

The hotel was very close to Alhambra. It was very clean and comfortable! The room was spacious. The food and breakfast was really, really good. The staff was extremely friendly, efficient, serviceable. It was a wonderful experience to ho there!

TOP location. Bus directly in front of hotel, easy to reach Alhambra and bus station. 5 minutes walking distance to Cathedral. Staff are so nice, she gave us earlier check-in. Everything is perfect!

Convenient location to sites. Spotless clean. Very comfortable room. Staff was excellent especially Victoria who answered our questions, provided directions, made restaurant recommendations, etc. Christmas decorations were very nice.

the position, the style, the cleanliness

The hotel is comprised of newly constructed rooms in the historic center of Granada.., and they are exceptional. Our initial host, “Africa”, was incredibly nice, and helped with our event planning. I definitely recommend this hotel.
