Only about 8 people there including us, very quiet, amazing views, awesome breakfast made by the most lovely lady, really nice building overall - rooms and the common areas. It was a bit too cold for the pool, but it looked great too.

Beautiful view from the porch. The property was well equipped for our stay. The hosts were quick to respond. A lovely area.

The hotel is beautifully designed with gorgeous rooms, most with balconies and sea views, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is in the cafe on the ground floor which is very popular with locals and has a great outdoor terrace. Maria who runs Cala Arena, her father, Priscilla in the cafe and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and friendly, you really won't want to leave. And San Jose is a lovely little town with great restaurants - our favourite was La Palmera Mercado, very close to the hotel. And don't forget the stunning beaches - Playa de los Genoveses just south is like Spanish playa's must have been in the 1950's. Also fantastic gym in the basement.

Clean modern white room with the biggest bed ever! Balcony was great, high sides made it enclosed which was great as it was windy during our stay, but balcony was sheltered from the wind and had full sun and still a nice view. A bath was a bonus! Minibar also.
Parking right outside.
Bars and restaurants, a couple of small supermarkets and the beach just 5 min walk away.

Great town, especially in the more tranquil times of the year. We were able to enjoy the local restaurant's and bars without having to wait or make a reservation. The beaches were quiet and nearly empty.
It was easy for us to walk to and from our lodging.
