The room and bathroom were clean. There is enough space and plenty of storage. Wi-fi was good. Self-check-in was mostly ok (small issue with the key box caused some delay, but was able to solve it myself).
View from the balcony is great. The area was quiet and peaceful.

The city consists of three parts. The historic part with beautiful and charming streets. The villa part with beautiful gardens, trees, houses, and the part where people live tightly and where the most is happening. Lots of street culture, lots of cultural attractions. Lots of opportunities for good food.

I stayed in Laguna duriing the Santa Cruz carnival and found buses ran between towns all night. Lovely university town with wonderful buildings and streets and a real cafe culture . A small town market next to one of the beautiful churches is worth checking out.

San Cristobal de la Laguna is a beautiful city full of history and with a great vibe. You can walk around town easily and safely. From there you can drive to mount Teide through the road La Esperanza (means hope) which provide gorgeous views of the seaside and of mount Teide. It is also a short drive away from historical towns.

We loved meals at the Pizzeria La Veneziana.
Plaques in front of historical buildings made it possible to do a self guided city tour.
The collections at the Museo Cayetano Gomez Felipe are stellar and aesthetically presented!

The town is centrally located for those who want to explore Anaga National Park. The distance to get there is only 40 minutes. The town itself, you will get everything that you want. There are places where you can find restaurants, souvenirs, hotels, and so on.

This was a wonderful place to stay.
This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and very functional. Having the area downstairs for meals was very nice.
The owner/caretaker was quite lovely and very accommodating.
The location was off the main area by a little bit, which we appreciated. We didn't want to be in a heavily populated area and enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was nice to go on the back deck and watch the sunrise, sunset, and night stars. The security gate around the property was comforting.
The parking was acceptable and became a game for us to get our car parked, then back on the driveway in one turn.
Being in the more northern part of Tenerife, it was a drive to go to the south end of the island. One morning we got caught in the traffic and almost missed our planned event. But, having said that, it was totally worth the homeyness and price. We will definitely use this place again!

Amazing stay in La Laguna. Apartament is located in the heart of San Cristobal, easy access to the historical centre and a lot of cafes nearby. There is also a train line and some buses to quickly get to Santa Cruz. The apartament was more than fully equipped: iron, washing mashine, clutterly, microwave, fridge, bathroom and other kitchen stuff. Bed is really comfy and extra blankets are provided. There is also a TV with netflix. Very comunicative and kind host, fully recommend if you are staying in La Laguna.
Small but really nice hotel in La Laguna. It is in walking distance (10 min) to the city center and also close to the airport Tenerife north (5 min by car). It has an stunning interior design (the photos speak for themselves) and provides everything you need. Breakfast was also great. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. We spent one night there before our flight back home. 100% recommended :-)
Patio Hostel was a really welcoming environment with super friendly staff they were great! The location is good for exploring La Laguna and is well connected to the rest of the island. Parking is available nearby so that is a bonus!
