Beautiful place right off the Mediterranean coast line.. when we arrived we were able to exchange our $$s for € at reception. watched the most amazing sunrise on the huge balcony of our room.. this place is a hidden gem worth every penny.. meals were decent, breakfast was included in the pkge. Dinner is served daily in the restaurant of the hotel. Hotel offers Spa/massage and yoga classes. There is also a gym I didn’t have time to use. The room had a full kitchen and dining area. Staff were friendly, housekeeping was amazing. Everyday that we went down to breakfast and came back the room would be miraculously clean, beds made trash emptied and fresh towels. I appreciate service like this and will highly recommend to all. This is a Classy 5 star hotel as far as I’m concerned.

The view from the apartment is 10/10... totally magical! We witnessed some beautiful sunrises from the balcony. Cleanliness was remarkable and the apartment is at a very picturesque location. It has a few supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The bed was very comfortable but there were stains on the duvet which did not make me feel too relaxed. It has everything we needed and the shower was really good water pressure.

Rooms clean, beds were ok but there were only sheets plus a wool blanket which I do not know if they were clean / freshly washed.
Breakfast was a good choice. Coffee from the machine was horrible though.

The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast/brunch is also very nice. The best thing about this hotel is the pool! The location is also very good, we could move easily with a car and also there was always a free parking somewhere around the hotel. We used a gym twice also, which had the mostly used equipment.

Palma nova has 3 great beaches. The sand is olden and clean. The water is crystal clear and ideal for families with smaller children as the water is shallow. Around the beaches there are a great variety of bars, restaurants, shops and small supermarkets to cater for all.
The main promanards of the resort is generally flat and well carered for people with walking difficulties, the back of the resort does have some small inclines. However most main hotels and apartments are acceable.
A shout out to "the Scotsman", this is a restaurant that serves great food and great service. This was located on the edge of Son Matias beach.
If you are looking for things to do. There are boat trip that pick up in Palma Nova.

Plenty of restaurants-our favourites were The Sunset Bar for Beers, nuts, Toasties, Cocktails and amazing service. Also LA American Diner, equally great service, liqueur coffees, beers and delicious Hotdogs. Recommended were the Ribs but we have to pay another visit for those!
Clothes shops by the hundred.
Paella on the beach front good too but avoid The Dolphin Restaurant which served us Spaghetti Bolognaise that tasted of fish! and a Pina Colada that split!
Advice to visitors, walk the length of the shopping street and compare prices before you buy. The good thing in Palmanova is there are no 'Looky Looky' men pestering you to buy their knock offs!
Bus from the airport A11. Easy tap on and tap off system with your card. Cost roughly £6 from Airport to Palmanova. Bus stops on the Beach front. Clear Timetable. Hop on a bus to Magaluf or Santa Ponsa. Taxi from airport to Palmanova £60+. Spaniards seem to drive extremely fast!

I was visiting Palmanova for a separate matter than a holiday and was there for just 3 nights. However, I wish I could have stayed longer. The atmosphere is vibrant and there is a lot of different bars and restaurants in the area. There are also several clean beaches and the water was very clean and clear. As somebody who does not drink alcohol, I really enjoyed it, despite it having a reputation as a drinkers holiday. I felt very safe throughout and there was a healthy police presence and positive atmosphere overall. The staff at many of the bars spoke English and were very friendly. There were also many places to watch Premier League football and the F1. There were also many people there who were on a family holiday, so it is not just an environment for singles or couples. I also visited with my 2 daughters. The only negative was the taxi fare to and from the airport, with 2 trips costing 80 euros. Other than this, everything else was extremely positive. I think another 2 or 3 days would have been perfect for me.

I imagine Palmanova to be lovely after April, however we went in March so hardly anywhere was open and the weather was really poor. There looks like there were plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. The beach looked lovely with soft sand and shallow waters. Look forward to returning in the summer months

The hotel is situated not far away from the Palmanova beach, about 200 metres. It is a good choice for everybody, but as we have noticed there were pretty much older people and families with children, which is good if you are searching for a quite place :) we have slept very well in this hotel, even though there was a music outside the room, on the pool. The soundproof is very good. The food was also good (all inclusive). We can consider this hotel as an option when we will be back to Mallorca :)
Amazing hotel for the cost! Perfect for a group of friends travelling. Great pool that had a bar. Brunch was good quality with lots of variety and served until 1pm! Central to the beach and strip of bars and restaurants. Very close to Magaluf and Santaponsa also. The only negative experience we had was that the hotel seemed to be short staffed. It took us some time to check in and check out, even with self-service kisoks available.
The hotel on the whole is very good , room excellent, upgraded to an apartment suite and had 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen dining area also 2 separate balconies.
slept really well , no noise etc
kids club excellent , lovely heated indoor pool and spa ( which children could use for a couple of hours, fair enough )
All staff excellent throughout.
Only a short walk to both Palma nova bay and magaluf bay.
My stay in Malaga in Magaluf was truly remarkable. The hotel's stunning sea view took my breath away, and the impeccable cleanliness added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, especially the live cooking stations that added an extra layer of excitement to my dining experience.
