The hotel is ideally located, with a bus stop, a grocery store (Spar), and several restaurants just above the Spar, making it a great choice. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the view from the room is stunning. Additionally, the direct access to the beach via the lift is a fantastic perk. The rooms are spacious, and air conditioning is provided.

The location is superb, far away from the crowds but close enough to amenities such as the beach, the little spar and restaurant complex. Also the bus service is very good here. I ate at most of the restaurants and they provided good service, decent food at reasonable prices. My favourite was the Irish Bar. The Villa is fully equipped for self catering and provides a washing machine. The Aircon is perfectly placed and very effective. Outside the grounds provide half tidy views and at night it looks lovely. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy.

We met Marcin exactly at the agreed time both for key collection and pick up. Property has everything what you need. Overall...the location of this apartment is great considering the climate of the island. Not as windy as on the east side of the island. If you are using a rental car I definitely recommend visiting the nearby beautiful fishing village of Porto de Mogan which is a 10 minute drive away.

The balcony facing east so you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning. The modern feel of the apartment. The amount of space was nice too, and the host was very kind and helpful and replied fast!

The whole hotel was clean. Plenty of spaces to chill in the sun away from the pool, snooker tables dotted around the bars and they showed the football on the big screen. Spacious rooms, great facilities (gym and spa), multiple pools slightly heated. Never had to fight for a sun lounger in a good spot, adults only areas, self service soft drinks/beer/wine which was amazing as could
Grab one walking past as they are dotted all over so never had to walk far, cocktails on all inclusive really good. We stayed in May and it wasn’t over run with kids like most reviews said. Location was great - beach close by, you do have to walk down 600 steps to get to it (I counted on the way back up) or get a taxi.. all staff are so so friendly and the animation team for the kids are always doing something (pool activities, competitions, kids clubs), even got the adults involved in water basketball and a few games around the pool. Food was what you expect at all inclusive, loads of choices and the staff were always working to clear tables and get food replenished quickly. Oh and when we checked in they took our information including date of birth, and on my partners birthday we arrived into the room and found a bottle of champagne with a lovely note! We never even mentioned it was a birthday, but the fact they took note and done this as a surprise was so thoughtful!

Seems to be the quietest place along that stretch of coast and excellent for 2 week stay. We have decided to have 2 weeks there next winter and 2 weeks on outskirts of Puerto de Mogán so will have quiet but be able to enjoy facilities of the town.

I really enjoyed the tranquility of the place, especially with its location right by the beach. However, the waves were quite strong, so I wouldn't recommend it for small children wanting to swim, though they can still play at the beach. I went in the waves myself, but it’s definitely not for young kids. For a calmer beach, Amadores Beach is just 4 minutes by bus (only €1.40 per person) or a short 6€ taxi ride away.
The area itself was quiet, safe, and convenient. There's a Spar nearby, though it’s a bit expensive, but it’s handy for small items. If I stayed again, I'd take a bus to a bigger shop like Hyper Dino for larger grocery runs. The accommodation didn’t have a heated pool, and my kids found it too cold, so next time, I’d prioritize a heated pool.
I’d still recommend this place if you don’t mind a cool pool—it’s lovely with friendly people. However, the pool had restrictions like no floaties or balls, and there weren’t many other children around, so it felt a bit out of place for our family. I had to be mindful of keeping quiet, which wasn’t ideal for my kids. Despite this, I’d still consider staying again but would prefer a more family-friendly atmosphere next time.

After driving and boating around the southern coast of Gran Canaria I am pretty sure Playa del Cura is the best resort for those who want a less commercial, laid-back beach vacation. The weather in the area is the best we experienced on our travels around the south coast, there are great (affordable) hidden-gem restuarants walking distance inside and near the resort, and the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep, rather than the sound of thumping club music. If you want to party, this is not the place for you. But if you love nature, fitness, swimming in the clear sea and laying in the sun on a quiet beach I highly recommend it.

Nice quiet location, good swimming beach with Life Guards on duty.
A short trek around a trail to another nice beach and Café. (no Life Guards here).
Centro Commercial in Playa del Cura had a variety of Restaurants and a good Spar Supermarket and Pharmacy.
Bus connections to Mogan or Puerto Rica etc very frequent and efficient.
We will definitely return.

This location had been a Spanish armed-forces training area in previous years but is now extensively developed with hotels and apartments. The town's other commercial facilities are limited and the location is somewhat offgrid so that private transport should be considered , even for nearby access. Beach-area blends soft-sand with rocky perimeter to East and South-West with short paseo walking-route.

We really only slept there as we were visiting friends in playa del cura. However the apartment was lovely, not like an ordinary apartment really like a home a quirky creative one. It was really lovely with amazing amenities everything you could ask for only wish we had come for longer. I am troubled with a very bad back and the beds were very very comfortable. Everything perfect would highly recommend. Thanks so much.
The apartment is very well equipped- there is literally everything you will need! Spar supermarket is 3 min walking distance, Beach also super close. Not much of activities there (Playa Del Curra) so you need to go to Puerto Rico to have some fun/ activities. Very quiet location. Hotel very well suited- quiet, for families and older people, we really enjoyed!
it is great value for money big spacious aparthotel with great sea views. Not too touristy with short distance away from major landmarks (with car). The hotel’s pool and jacuzzi are definitely a great bonus
The hotel is ideally located to easily access the nearby beach. It’s not too large a hotel with only four floors. Suites with hot tubs provide comfortable sized rooms when staying for any length of time.
