Clear communication, very friendly host who helped me out one time big time! The self-catering apartment was simply furnished with the essentials. It’s ideal for guests who don’t spend much time indoors and prefer to be at the beach or enjoy water sports. A good choice for those looking for a basic but functional place to stay.

There is quite a lot of space. We had a 2 year old and the was space to run around, really cosy children's room and an internal drying area that doubled as a secure play space.
Very clean, quite cool (which was a relief). Large storage space in the bedroom, which makes up for no storage in the child's room/twin room.
Good size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and delf/cutlery/utensils. Upstairs to the pharmacy and not too far from bazars and supermarkets. 5 mins walk to bus stop to go to beach/tourist destinations.
Set in San Isidro, 8.5 km from Golf del Sur, and Aqualand reachable within 19 km, Kiki vivienda Bed & breakfast offers a garden, a terrace and free WiFi.

Breakfast was fine, maybe missing a little bit vegetables. All instructions about arrival were clear. Beds are little bit shorter, fridge in the room is nice.

Excellent small hotel for a stopover night close to TFS.
There are local buses to get from the airport to San Isidro bus station (basically the first stop). Buy the tkt on the bus from the driver, don't bother with the prepaid transport card that costs 2 euro plus you need to charge a minimum of 10 on it... only 10 minutes bus ride. from San Isidro bus stop go to the main road an walk uphill. The hotel is located about 20 mins. walking away uphill.
For an early morning flight, the first bus is at 4.45am and gets to the airport around 5am. If you have to check-in bags and have to be there before 5am, no options but walk. It takes about 1h10min. on a side road as in the hills, check googlemaps. Not fun if you have bags but a super quiet walk at 3am, zero traffic. Taxis are unreliable for early mornings pick up and expensive too.
Stay at Tulum if you can plan your trip back to the airport without stress. Really affordable and good accomodation. My room had bunk beds and bathroom in the corridor.

The owner was very helpful. He helped us to get to the place and was there to resolve the water pipe issue. After all a big nice place near to the airport.

San Isidro is a sleepy town in the South of the island not far from the airport. This is where the locals hang out and is therefore cheaper to shop there than in the popular resorts.
It's a good location if you have a hire car, as the nearest big resort (Los Cristianos) is just a 20-minute drive by car along the TF1 motorway. The town has a local bus station which gives access to most parts of the island as well, but we had a hire car which was very convenient for getting around. Parking in San Isidio was no problem on the side streets. There is a local seaside town not far from San Isidro called El Medano. It's a nice place for a meal and a walk around the small town and beach. All in all we were very happy with our stay in San Isidro.

Host Simone was very helpful when needed. However he also left you alone to enjoy your holiday. New, modern spacious apartment in a quiet building, with friendly residents. Although location initially appeared remote from the centre of San Isidro, it was well connected with two bus routes, including a direct route to El
Medano. Local Hyperdino store is a short walk away. Choice of tapas bars etc nearby.

David was very generous with his time in helping us to figure out early morning transport possibilities. There is also a beautiful view of the sunset. It's a ten minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which was very convenient for us. The walk there is safe and well lit at night. San Isidro is a fun town to explore if you want a taste of somewhere less touristic.

Location was what I expected, room was very disappointing.
Decor was horrible in the bedroom, all scuffed furniture, marks on walls where pictures had been stuck on and fallen off, absolutely shocking-nothing like any other travel/airport hotel I ever stayed in before.
