英国真的是一次极其糟糕的经历。我们预订的是双床房,但到了之后酒店给我们安排的是大床房,而且房间比我们预订的要小得多。我们事先没有收到任何通知。当我们试图与酒店沟通要求更换回我们预订的房型时,对方先是声称预订双床房并不一定能保证得到双床房,然后态度变得极其恶劣和具有攻击性。
他们粗鲁地告诉我们,因为我们只住一晚,而他们有其他家庭客人要住三四晚,所以不会给我们换房。当我提出如果不能换房,能否提供一床被子时,他们直接拒绝了,声称不可能给我提供。我当时正在生病,需要一床被子晚上可以盖。
更加糟糕的是,他们后来直接将我们赶出了酒店,说要退钱给我们,让我们自己出去找酒店,并威胁说这样会花更多的钱。他们傲慢地表示有很多客人想住在他们那里,完全无视我们的需求。
他们不听我们说的任何话,拒绝沟通,只坚持要退钱,并勒令我们在五分钟内归还房间钥匙。这次经历真是糟透了。房间设施和图片上差别很大,房间非常小。我们离开后联系了客服,Booking.com为我们提供了替代住宿,并弥补了差价。

It was an absolutely horrendous experience. We had booked a twin room, but upon arrival, the hotel gave us a double bed room that was significantly smaller than the one we had reserved. We were not informed of this change beforehand. When we tried to resolve the issue with the hotel, they first claimed that booking a twin room doesn't guarantee getting one. Their attitude quickly turned hostile and aggressive. They rudely told us that because we were only staying for one night and they had other guests staying for three or four nights, they wouldn't change our room.
When I asked if they could at least provide an extra blanket since I was ill and needed one, they refused outright, saying it was impossible. Then, things took an even worse turn. They kicked us out of the hotel, saying they would refund us and that we should find another hotel ourselves, threatening that it would cost us much more. They said they had plenty of guests wanting to stay and showed complete disregard for us.
They refused to listen to anything we said and were utterly unwilling to communicate, insisting on refunding us and demanding we return the room key within five minutes. The experience was beyond horrible. The room facilities were nothing like the pictures, and the room was extremely small. After we left, we contacted customer service, and Booking.com provided us with alternative accommodation and covered the price difference.
