Aside from being perfect location (first time sleeping next to an architecture gem), check-in was incredibly kind, joyful and atentive, we're greatful for managing to give us an upgrade <--- this will def make me come back again. Room was clean, modern, and had a beatiful loveseat next to the window we're I did siesta after some people watching in Las Setas. We even had a sweet welcome note and some free snacks!!! We slept great (no outside noise). As an interior designer I also appreciate the designer objects inside our room such as lamps, seating, chairs and rugs. Fell In love :) Breakfast is filled with savoury a la carte options, as well as a buffet of fresh pastries, fruit options, natural juices and various coffees. Waiters here were also friendly and kind! In my personal experience having someone who gives you a genuine smile with your breakfast is the perfect way to start off a wandering day through Sevilla. Thanks to all the satff that made our stay better than expected, and for all your insider tips to discover historical bars!

Excellent location, within walking distance to main attractions and the train station, helpful and nice staff, we had double delux room, it was spacious, clean, new furniture, well equipped. There were two rooms- one large bedroom, a small separate room with TV and a couch and a spacious bathroom.

The staff were super friendly. Whenever I met them, they smiled and said hola. All the drinks in mini-bar were free - water, Coca-Cola, and lemonades - so I didn't have to stop by stores to buy those drinks. They gave me more whenever I asked. The room was nice and clean. Mine was 3rd floor with inner patio view, so it was quiet even in the saturday night. If it was a plaza view, I'm not sure if it was, but I believe it would have had a nice view instead. I personally had a bad experience on the first night in Seville in a restaurant that has nothing with this hotel - an old man's racism-like way of staring at me. On the day I left this hotel, I told the story to the hotel staff (didn't ask her name), and she listened to me carefully and really consoled me. I personally thank her sincerely. I believe any staff in this hotel would have done the same, but still appreciate her kind words.
