Located right close by to all other attractions. Downside is that it was noisy, cars and people late into the night. Otherwise it was interesting looking into their basement that they preserved, and being able to walk a few steps to the main plaza. Love Toledo, of all Spanish cities with the winding streets, small shops and restaurants, beautiful churches and buildings. Just being there was so fun. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Room basic and a bit small but comfortable and clean.

The room was great, spacious, clean, and new. The location is superb. Near the old part of Toledo, near the restaurants and a park with a stunning view of the river. From there we could walk to the best part of Toledo in no time. We were really surprised with the suit we were assigned. Great value

I enjoyed Toledo a lot! It is very hilly, and many of the streets are rough. I use a mobility scooter and had little trouble getting around. Do go to the Sephardic Museum, right next to the El Greco. It doesn't get much notice but is lovely.

As a self propelling wheelchair user it definitely helps to have another person able to push the wheelchair too. The streets/slopes in Toledo are quite something?
Otherwise using the open top, hop on/off bus was relatively easy even though I don't speak Spanish and do need assistance from the driver with the ramp to access the bus.
Go, Go bar was a great place for drinks and tapas.

A wonderful city, with a fascinating mix of Christian, Sephardic Jewish and Muslim architecture. The old centre is very compact (contained within the original city walls) and you can comfortably walk round it in an afternoon. The museum devoted to El Greco, who lived for many years in Toledo, is a bonus. But you need more time to get the best out of all the museums and historic buildings.

Historic city that is great for walking around and exploring, though it is very touristy. Fantastic collection of original paintings done by the master, El Greco. These paintings can be viewed at the following locations: Iglesia Santo Tome, Museo de Santa Cruz, Hospital de Talvera, Museo de El Greco, Santo Domingo el Antiguo (note that the majority of the paintings that were painted for Santo Domingo el Antiguo are currently on exhibit in the Museo del Prado in Madrid, until June 15, 2025).

Toledo is one of the most beautiful towns in the world.
Toledo is one of the most beautiful towns in the world. The historic centre is well-preserved and picturesque, with winding, narrow streets and stunning views. With so many historic sights to visit, I would recommend a longer stay. As a city of three cultures, must-see places are the two mosques (Mezquita de Tornería and Mezquita del Cristo de la Luz), two synagogues (Sinagoga de Santa María La Blanca and Sinagoga del Tránsito - a Sephardic Museum) and the Cathedral. If you like El Greco, you must visit his museum (Museo de El Greco), the church Iglesia de Santo Tomé with The Burial of the Count of Orgaz and the cathedral gallery. If you want to learn about Visigothic culture, don't miss the Museo de los Concilios y la Cultura Visigoda in the former church Iglesia de San Román. And there is much more. My favourite bar is on the small square Plaza Consistorio (take the street to the right of the town hall from where the tourists are taking photos of the cathedral). If you want to take photos of the old town, climb the hill across the river to one of the lookouts or take a taxi there.

Great big room with a lovely bathroom with dual sink and bath. Lots of complimentary cosmetic goods in the bathroom. Nice little adjoining terrace with seating- overlooking the old town! Fabulous views in day or night! Fridge in the room was handy as there was no where to buy snacks in hotel. The best thing about this hotel was the outdoor pool and surrounding sun area! so relaxing and easy to cool off in the August heat. All while taking in the view of the old town.
Very large ground floor room with facilities for people with disabilities. Quiet inobtrusive air conditioning!
The standard of everything was very high and the cost was reasonable.
The hotel was very conveniently situated in the centre of Toledo and close to the El Greco museum/ synagogues.
The restaurant deserves a special mention. We ate there two nights and had excellent cuisine. Amongst the best we had in Spain.
.tge hotel was magical. To be honest it was on a par or even better than the Toledo parador we stayed in a while ago. Absolutely superb. We will be. Back. And don’t start me on the cuisine and service. Absolutely top notch. 5 star quality '.
The hotel is ideally located, only a few hundred metres away from the magnificent cathedral. The street is extremely narrow, but the hotel staff is extremely helpful with parking. The terrace on the top offers an excellent view.
