HungaryWe had a very pleasant stay at One Shot Puerta Ruzafa. The location is excellent — close to Xàtiva metro, Ruzafa, Calle Colón, restaurants, cafés and shops — and it made exploring Valencia very easy.
The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, with helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. We also used Valenbisi, the city bike system, a lot during our stay, and the hotel’s location was very convenient for reaching Turia Gardens, the old town, the beach and other parts of the city.
Overall, it was a great base for a city break and we would gladly stay here again.

Amazing city with a lot to see and do. If you visit Valencia be sure to also book trips to surrounding areas such as Albufera and Montanejos. Bus and train transport is easy and affordable. You can spend up to 3 days in the central old town. Be sure to cycle!

It's a beautiful city, easy to get around as they're no hills. Architectural heritage is fantastic. There are so many beautiful building and sculptures. Fabulous restaurants and thr staff were very friendly. There are a multitude of museums, gardens and churches to visit. Good shopping both in thr markets and shops.

Its a beautiful city, streets very close to each other in old town & got lost a few times but so many lovely places & churches, we found it hard finding places to eat because we dont eat a lot of their food, but found Hard Rock cafe & lovely coffee & sandwich & cakes shops Santagloria, the coffee in McDonalds was awful ,72 hour bus metro & tram ticket was great.

It's a wonderful city, I prefer it more than Barcelona or Madrid (no offense). The best places to visit are the Bioparc, the Torres de Quart and Serranos, the museums in the City of Arts and Science, especially the Oceanográfic. All the botanical gardens are beautiful too (although Monforte would need some maintenance to shine).
Try to be cautious of the restaurants in Placa de la Reina, as some could be overpriced and don't have that amount of quality. I've enjoyed Atmosphére (French restaurant) near the Torres de Quart and a family run taco business, La Comadre Taqueria near the also fantastic Café Saint Jaume. On the beach, La Divina Comedia Playa has also awesome food and staff.
Valencia has an awesome public transport network which you can use with the 1, 2 or 3-day tourist cards, though the buses sometimes arrive late or don't show up at all (be cautious that only bus 32 goes from Las Arenas (Eugènia Viñes - Mare de Déu del Sufragi stop) towards the inner city from the evening, still Google maps indicated 95/92 from that stop, but hey didn't come).
For those who love to explore a city with a bicycle, it's a great city to use those, but keep in mind, the use of helmets are mandatory!

Very close to the bus station-handy if come in by bus. Metro and other bus stops very nearby. On the outskirts of the old centre so only a 5 minute walk and you’re right in the hustle and bustle of beautiful Valencia. Hotel also rents out bicycles at a cheap rate (12 euros for a day) and Valencia has dedicated bicycle lanes throughout the city so ideal to explore the town this way

Very large rooms and beautiful public areas. As it was my birthday the hotel guest services sent me a lovely bottle of cava, a nice surprise. The sun terrace with pool did get busy and it was a bit of a squash up there. Very easy to get the bus to the beach and into the old town.
