Everything in order, as usual.

Location: very central - Check-in : altough I am not a fan of the self check-in property , I had to admit that the process to check-in was smooth and keycode for the entrance is very efficient. Room: spacious and very clean. Bathroom: quite small but in line with a lot of properties in the country.

This will be my go-to stay when I'm in this city! It's an incredibly charming accommodation with lovely decor and all the things you need, from a hair dryer to cutlery. Also - walking distance from the train station and easy to find.

Breakfast, room was clean, towels were fresh

Helpful, friendly staff, nice atmosphere

They are very welcoming for the fluffy family members! Our Kaapo got a little welcome gift bag, and the hotel room had instructions for local vets, parks, etc. The location is great and the airco works well.

The staff was so friendly! The front desk helped us with so many questions. The staff and breakfast and the cleaning staff in the hall were all very warm and friendly. The hotel had all of the amenities that we needed. My family went on a bike ride with the hotel bikes and enjoyed the sauna which was fun. It is in an excellent spot for visitng the main part of town or the lake near the trains.

Breakfast had so many delicious options, healthy and fresh. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right in the middle of the city, but it's very quiet at night even if your window is on the street side. You can reach the hotel from the parking garage of the shopping mall next to it.

Everything was great. It looked isolated but in the end it was perfect: close to the downtown area and close to the waterfront. The breakast was absolutely superb. One could not ask for more.

Yöpuu is a kind of dream place for me. I have been there once earlier, in the midst of a heavy work task and everything was great even then. This time I knew what to expect - and your hotel exceeded all the expectations. Thank you so much.

Central location clean family friendly

We had a baby and a dog in our party of 3 rooms. All were welcomed and friendly treated. We also enjoyed the water spa. We (sponsors of family:) for a room on the 4rh floor with balcony, viewing the pine trees and city - we talked how nice this room would be to revisit in the summer. Also despite the Easter holidays, rooms were cleaned and we received new towels etc every day. Ah and the breakfast was fantastic!
