Clean atmosphere and surroundings, super comfortable room , great view outside, creative glass/treehouse.
All sorts of toiletries, bathing gowns, slippers, umbrella, torch, and lots of towels were provided too. A beautiful bunk bed was there too.
Extremely good staff. Kind, cooperative, and at our service. A car drops and picks up from the treehouse and vice versa.
Lavish breakfast and customised service . Staff coming and inquiring if we needed something. It was season end, with very few guests still the staff was attending us and made customized food, even with the lavish buffet breakfast. Rakas restaurant ❤️🎈
We got an early check-in and late check out.
Thanks to Elisabetta, Sofia, Krystal, Buddhini, Theo, Habib, and the restaurant personnel.
Will surely visit again 😊

The room was nice, clean and modern. A bit of a contrast with the rest of the hotel. The river is beautiful. Lobby has a weird 1970s warm vibe inside and the staff is nice and friendly.

Loved this place. So close to the train station and a fairly short walk into town; large supermarket nearby as well. Reception were always very helpful and the character of the building charmed me - the old lift was a highlight. Room was clean and comfortable; also included a kitchenette, which was handy. Would like to return to Rovaniemi and will definitely book here again.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff (available via a WhatsApp chat which was super handy), great amenities, delicious food and reindeer on site! Location is brilliant for all the activities but also you are steps away from walking/skiiing paths to get away from the noise and into the quiet of the deep snow. Beautiful spot.

Arktikum Museum is worth taking . I recommend to stay at least one full day on this museum. Regarding food there is an amazing Asian restaurant called Ozaki Teppanyaki Sampokeskus that is really good for families, We loved all the stuff we tried there. Romaniemi beyond the tourism atraction has a nice playground for kids based on Angry birds.

Although our accommodation proved to be very poor value for money, Rovaniemi itself was great. We did all the activities you'd expect to do and loved them all - husky dogs sledging, snowmobiling, reindeer sleighing, wilderness hiking etc. Three or four days is enough though.

We loved Rovaniemi! Wished we have spent more time there. It's a beautiful place. Do visit the Santa Claus Village, do the husky ride & Ranua Wildlife Park. We managed to catch the aurora on a tour from Rovaniemi with Artic GM tour. David was our guide. He drove us up north on route 75 towards Saariselka and witnessed the aurora near Ivalo. David was an excellent guide cum driver. We had an amazing time with him.

tours were fun. Loved the restaurant "Bull" below the hotel. We did dog sledding and survival suit (at night) and went to Santa's Village. All super fun and we were dressed right. Invest in Kamik boots! (ok - only a bit over $100 on Amazon)

its a great city, but a little bit difficult to explore on public transport/ on foot. Especially if you stay up north, renting a car is recommended. The snowmobile safari tours and the northern lights really is the highlight of my trip

Do not stay your entire time in Lapland here and do not bother staying in the Santa Claus village - it is very commercialised and expensive. Go there for a day to do some activities, but go farther north for a much more authentic experience both for accommodations and winter activities.

the property is remotely located thats wats amazing
if u want a igloo stay in cheap price i guess this is an amazing option
the staff goes out of the way to make your experience unforgettable
the sauna was amazing and really was well maintained
the restraunt has this finnish vibe where they cook food in front of u on a wood fire with a chimney
we also got to see the northern lights
Reception was extremely helpful, providing clear info before arrival. Our airport transfer made late-night check-in smooth, helping us find the key and guiding us to the hotel at 2 AM in Rovaniemi. Great service!
Getting to the hotel with Uber costs €60, worth it in slippery weather. A bus (around €6) is a cheaper option, but check the schedule as it runs infrequently.
Nice hotel in the centre of Rovaniemi, conveniently located next to the main square and pedestrian area, as well as in front of the bus stop and mall.
Relatively spacious bathroom and room and quite various breakfast buffet.
Attentive and helpful and cordial reception staff.
Great place, modern high quality finishes, well decorated and furnished room with plenty of furniture and space. Whole atmosphere was relaxing and friendly with excellent staff. Stayed in 5 different hotels in Rovaniemi this year and this one is undoubtedly the best.
Luxury room and hotel décor. Spacious clean room with strong wifi. Very nice sauna. Confortable bedding. Upgraded to Lapland suite for 1-night stay to compensate for overbooking.
