This was the best hotel I ever visited. The room was very big, with an open balcony and a sea view. The rooms are located not in the old building from the picture, but in a high one next to it. My room was on the 7th floor and I liked it a lot.

Very easy to get to, comfy room for a cheap price! I do recommend!

Perfect location in center - buses are very close. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety.

Kauppi is a really nice small scale hotel that had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and smiling. The room was big enough and I liked that there was a fridge that wasn't filled with overpriced drinks - I could actually use it for my own stuff. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It wasn't crazy big, but I had no trouble getting my belly full. I didn't use the pool, but I did use the sauna, which was available between 19:00 and 22:00. The absolute best thing for me was how quiet the place is. I'm a really light sleeper and often have trouble sleeping. I can't even remember when was the last time I slept so well!

Very easy to access from the bus station. Clean cosy room with unique style. Fridge, microwave and cattle. All you need for a good rest.

pleasant room, delightful breakfast, good value for money. right next to tram 3 to city center just 30 min away. Duo shopping center 2 stops away. nice pubs within walking distance. after checkout, the staff let us stay parked there til late afternoon. would return happily.

Uumen was a great place to stay for the night - a very comfy bed to sleep in with no unnecessary extras. For a longer stay I would maybe choose a normal hotel room but when you just need somewhere to sleep and store your things in, Uumen's capsule rooms are the perfect choice. The toilets and wash rooms were very clean and not crowded, so they were pleasant to use. Also the other facilities were clean and tidy, and the vending machines in the lobby were great for snacks. Uumen's location is very central, and the Lidl supermarket right next door was a good bonus.

Staff was very friendly and gave me useful information. They were polite and everyone speaks English. Is a very nice place to stay.

The king size bed was exceptional. Breakfast was very good in my opinion as well.

Room is very clean, TV has mirroring capabilities from mobile phone (could use youtube), Everything felt very quiet. Even being right next to the train station, we could hear nothing from outside the room or hotel. No experience of breakfast as we were too tired to get up before 11. Excellent choice if you know you'll be exhausted the day after and have to catch the train as you can just cross through the yard and get directly to the train station. Excellent hospitality from staff whether it came to providing extra towels or glasses. You also get ice cold tap water from the sink, which is always great! The room was nice and cool on arrival.

The location is lovely, close to nature and walking trails.

We went to the Guns 'N Roses concert. The hotel is located only 5 minutes walking distance from the Ratina Stadium. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was also delicious and plenty to choose from. Also, there is a 7-storey parking house on the side of the hotel for a 19€ per night which is quite convenient.

The room was very cozy. The view from the window was breathtaking! the room was very clean. The breakfast selection exceeded expectations: there was a choice for vegans as well as gluten-free options. The reception staff are very polite and met the needs that arose during the stay at the hotel.

The staff were exceptionally wonderful. The location was central. And we enjoyed the broad breakfast section.

Reception was friendly, my top floor room was huge and had a separate seating area and an additional large work space. Large windows and a patio space for views of the snowfall and city. The room included a private sauna. I couldn’t hear any other guests and the room was very quiet. I liked the soft close doors, no slamming door noise from the corridor. The lobby shop had toiletries and food for purchase. A short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. If you are arriving by train, DO NOT follow everyone into the station, instead walk to the north end of the platform and take the stairs or elevator down one level. From there walk east, which is away from the Holiday Inn, and when you come out of the tunnel look for the building with PASTA on the side, walk between that building and the one facing it, then go to the right and you will be in front of the hotel. 3 minutes tops. Breakfast, cleanliness, location, good behavior of staff

Breakfast was excellent… delicious food and delightful atmosphere. For dinner, the restaurant Dabbal is wonderful. Loved the background music in the lobby and in my room on arrival. I also enjoyed the view from the window, seeing the trees. The hotel was close to the tram as well.
