Three star hotel but five star quality. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful …. nothing was too much trouble. Varied first class breakfast. The position of the hotel was perfect … close enough to be convenient for the train station without the inconvenience. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and feel sure it will not disappoint.

Everything it needs to be. Close to the station - 10 minute walk for the heart of the old town which is beautiful (not much to see immediately around it.) Beds were comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us , the location was perfect and the room lovely too. We will definitely come back here and stay as it’s so close to both Antibes and Juan le Pins. It’s great to just park up the car and leave it there for the duration of the stay as you can walk everywhere. Great restaurants nearby and free parking right outside the hotel. It’s a 10 out of 10 for us:)!

A small charming hotel like we don't see often nowadays. The garden is a delight and my room as comfortable and decorated with taste. I cannot recommend enough

A true hidden gem on Cap d’Antibes. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Villa Fabulite. If you’re looking for understated luxury, privacy, tranquility, and genuinely personal hospitality just a two-minute walk from the beach, this is the place to stay. From the moment we arrived, Sophie and her team made us feel incredibly welcome. Their attention to detail is exceptional, creating an atmosphere that feels warm and familiar while maintaining the impeccable standards and professionalism of a luxury hotel. Every aspect of our stay was handled with care, and we never felt that anything was missing. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, and peaceful gardens that make it easy to relax after a day exploring the Côte d’Azur. The on-site restaurant is another highlight, serving delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a charming setting. Sophie is clearly a beloved local figure and an outstanding host. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make every stay special, whether through thoughtful recommendations or by drawing on her local connections to create memorable experiences. Villa Fabulite strikes a rare balance between boutique intimacy and refined luxury. We left feeling completely relaxed and already looking forward to returning.

Beautiful hotel, with a nice pool upfront, and nicely designed throughout. Quiet street. Very comfortable and spacious bathroom. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Amazing staff, generous and caring.

The location is perfect for families with kids, its in a quite area but nor secluded. It is walking distance from the beach, grocery stores and also to the train station, which is important if you want to visit nearby places like Nice. Cannes etc. The property is well maintained and the staff is super supportive (they went out of their way to help retrieve a personal item after I had checked out)

Great location - beach, waterfront walking, close to Picasso gallery and old town, grocery around the corner, restaurants. Lovely spa. Second time here and would stay again.

This hotel is really fantastic, I am surprised the other reviews were not better, the staff were extremely helpful, granting our special request cheerfully, location is good, view wonderful, clean, comfortable bed, very easy drive to airport so it was an ideal location for the last night of our holiday.
