I was happily surprised there was a nice small indoor swimming pool, with comfortable lounger seats, each with a towel, very appreciated after travelling on a very hot day. There was also a largish terrace and comfortable seats indoors. The unusual type of evening meal formula was fairly good value.

It had a 'homely' feel and the staff were very friendly. The hotel had a very good restaurant and bar and the food and drink were inexpensive for what was on offer. The late checkout at 1100 was very much appreciated. Monday is apparently an evening when almost all Argentan restaurants are closed; fortunately there is a supermarket
