They were very lovely and helpful when we was stranded there and even gave us a lift down to the local train station and let us cook our food we brought not from the hotel there. Brilliant people

We found this hotel a couple of years ago, it is an ideal stop over for us. It is very friendly and the staff are helpful. The restaurant is great and the menu local and good.

The host is fantastic, nothing too much trouble, rooms are spacious & comfortable, excellent bath/shower room. Very good serve yourself breakfast, all meats cheese, drinks kept in fridge!

Wonderful lady running the place is a real highlight. Room was clean. Food very nice and generous portions. This hotel is very close to the town centre. We arrived with two bicycles which we were allowed to park inside.
